Great experience. Quickly responded to my request and sent out Ken to provide an estimate. Reasonable quote. Had me on the scheduled the following week. Arrived on time. Did a great job with the repairs.

Home Experts was great to work with. We eventually didn't end up using them due to a miscommunication between myself and the company. It was my fault, when communicating be very clear what you want and expect. Ken and his team were very responsive. They didn't charge us for the visit after we said we didn't want the work performed.

Have not heard from Ken since I accepted the quote

Good. Quote went easily. Work was scheduled according to our request. Job was done well and all clean up. I would hire them again. Besides sealing 2 sets of windows, repair was made to woodworking under the sink and damaged wood in our door jamb.

Overall the job was completed and I’m happy with the results. Scheduling was a little hectic with me following up at first to get a day, then they texted me to change time twice. I work from home so it was not a real problem. The first invoice sent for the job had incorrect labor hours but after questioning this in an email, they very quickly sent a corrected invoice. Price was reasonable for work completed.

Ken Bennett's team did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. We had a lot of trouble replacing an oven in an odd space. Home experts team were the only team that offered to do the work for us and did it well. Other contractors suggested major remodel work for what we needed. Ken got the job done without having to do any major remodeling.

I usually don't take the time to leave many reviews, but I felt particularly compelled to leave a review for Ken and his team. We had several contractors come to take a look at what we needed. We had an old wall oven that sat under a counter top range. That oven broke and we could not replace it with anything similar so we ended up buying a single slide in unit. We needed the space cut out and rebuilt for this slide in unit. This required moving a gas line and installing a new electrical outlet (since the unit was duel fuel). This also required cutting out the existing cabinetry and our existing quartz counter top. Plus the actual installation of the unit. We had several contractors (over months) who either told us this couldn't be done or suggested to us that we replace our existing counter top completely. Ken came and did an estimate and felt fairly confident his team could accomplish this. They did amazing work and installed our new unit without any issues. I honestly thought we would need the help of several teams of people (plumber, electrician, etc) but by using Ken, he arranged and coordinated for all of the work to be done through his team, making this so much easier than we thought. The work was done quickly and efficiently so we weren't inconvenienced at all. In addition to the work, Ken was always punctual to all appointments. He was responsive to text and email inquiries and his team was very professional (from his adminstrative assistant, to the guys that came to the house). I will definitely be calling on them again, as we have an old house that always needs work done. I believe Home Experts are home builders and they can handle big remodel jobs as well. Overall I had a great experience with this company.

Ken the owner does not care a bit if you have a small project. I should have read the F reviews on here before regarding his follow up. His bid was 75% more than others. However, I decided I wanted to use them because of their experience. I sent him three emails telling him with 2 questions. NO RESPONSE. Then I sent him an email I was not interested. I get an email with a contract. I emailed back " didn't you get my email?". He replied " yes, I didn't want to work with her. She is all over the place". He told me his assistants name was Christi, and so is mine. He thought he was replying to an email from her. Can you imagine how he did talk or would talk about you? If he replies, don't believe a thing he says. I have the emails to prove it.

These guys are AWESOME!! Ken came out a few days before our appointment to look at our garage door and tell us what sort of lock we would need. Ken was very prompt and super professional! Kevin came out on Saturday to perform the services we needed. He was prompt and super professional as well. He did an excellent job! I plan to use their services for all future home projects! :)

I'd recommend them to anybody. They just did a wonderful job. They're beyond in providing super service for me.

Don’t be bothered with hiring them. They can’t be bother to show up. Missed the estimate appointment. Thought we’d try for a second chance. Called an hour after the installation time to say they’d be late but we’re on their way. Two hours after that, I called because my schedule was now being affected and didn’t even offer an apology.

Ken Bennett was easy to work with, gave me a fair price, and the work was scheduled in a very timely manner. John installed the cabinet and removed the old one. He completed the work but next day I discovered a leak from the faucet at which John promptly returned and fixed the issue. I would hire them again.

I could not have found a better contractor, his people were very kind and thoughtful and I could not have asked for more.

Excellent! They can put the same day (Sunday). Ken (the owner) was responsive and friendly from the start. Kevin the plumbing tech for the Company was very friendly and super efficient he was in and out in 20-25 minutes, couldn’t have been a better experience. These guys get it! Would definitely recommend them.

We asked for a quote on this while the company was doing some other work for us. They provided the quote the same day. While we thought it was a bit more expensive than we expected, we decided to go forward. The deck was cleaned the next day. With preparation and mold treatment, the person doing the work was on site for most of the day. We were satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the work.

Ken inspected the damage carefully, and explained that it was the result of the yard grade which was directing the water toward the house. Water line leaks were also checked for, but were not part of the problem. He explained further that the foundation appeared to still be solid because there was no visible cracking in the brick masonry anywhere near the eroded portion. Thus he proposed that rerouting the drainage by installation of a trough and piping around the corner and down the existing slope at the side of the house should remove the cause. He would then replace the dirt and repair some cracked and broken tile to restore the eroded corner. He recommended further that some downspouts be replaced with large ones. We agreed to the above. He also suggested we consult with a landscaping firm to see what could be done to improve the overall direction of the yard drainage in general; his firm does not undertake that sort of work. We received a detailed description of the work to be done and paid a 50% deposit. The crew arrived as expected and completed the installation in about a day. I believe my husband did have to remind the crew about replacing some of the soil (this was explicit in the description we had been given, which made it easy to explain to them). The crew was neat and cleaned up the yard quite nicely. A day or so later, it rained, and we discovered that the replaced downspouts were leaking at the joins. We called, and Home Experts sent someone out the next day to correct this issue. Overall we were very satisfied.

We dealt with Ken who gave us a quote and we decided to choose them. Ken was very polite and prompt with any concerns or queries we had. Day of projects John arrived on time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely use them again.

Ken and Vic were on time, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job of installing a second mailbox on a new post to allow access to the box from my porch. The post is attractive and embedded in concrete for stability. I've hired Home Experts for many home projects.
