They did a great job. I only spoke with them over the phone. They called me on a Friday and they said they would drop by and take a look at it and they were able to do the repair that day. The concierge service was able to contact them initially. They were professional over the phone as well.

It went fine. It was tedious work. The put up a ceiling fan. It was working fine when they left and we are pleased.

We made an appointment for an estimate on the afternoon of 10/23. He never showed up and never called.

They were on time, they were very clean, made sure that everything looked good at the end. Everything is fully functioning still so it was good work. One of the things that we thought was broken, he went into the attic and helped us troubleshoot the problem.

I called Ken at Home Experts and told him I needed a licensed handyman for my home inspection and I needed it done ASAP. He actually was able to come over and look at what I needed done right away. I was thrilled with the work that was preformed. I also gave his name to my realtor and she loved his work as well. I would hire him again.

The owner was really polite. I have not had a chance to see if the leak is repaired because it has not rained really hard yet. The pricing was fine.

He has been on time and on budget, he has done an excellent job and made sure I'm happy. He's a great guy. I cant recommend him high enough. I cant say enough good things about Ken Bennet.

I have used their services on and off for the past six years. They are extremely capable and do a very good job. They are a busy company but they have been able to fit me in their schedule. I have never had any issues when working with them.

Very excellent work. The work was delayed a week because of a mis-measurement, but Ken put a rush on the new materials and his people did excellent work. The "new" shower looks beautiful.

I've used this provider to great success before. This time, the worker seemed less than helpful and left really dark pencil marks he used as guide marks all over the walls. Perhaps he was pressed for time as the mirrors weren't the easiest ones to hang and he left in a hurry as soon as the last one was up.

Home Experts was very responsive on my request to look at our problem. Several other contractors had looked at the damage but had no interest in helping fix the problem. Ken Bennett of Home Experts came out, accurately identified the source of our leak and provided an estimate for the repairs based on what was visable. He was very clear that when they opened everything up they could find additional problems. The crew from Home Experts was on time and got right to work. When they opened up the damaged area they did find that the water damage was more extensive than originally thought. They were very helpful in showing me the extent of the damage. After further testing to make sure that all of the damaged area was identified, Ken provided an additional estimate to complete the repairs. The crew that came to do the repairs was on time and worked hard. They removed all of the damaged OSB decking and then replaced the rubber roof with new material, properly sealed. They rebuilt the deck using new material and repainted everything to match the existing structure. Home Experts sent a drywall contractor to repair the interior damage. He worked very quickly and the quality of his work was excellent. Home Experts stuck to their estimate even though they ended up not re-using deck materials as planned in the estimate.

Ken was early for the estimate, which was great as I had carpet installers coming the same day. He advised me he would provide the iestimate by Tuesday night (this was on a Monday). I did not hear from him and finally called him that Friday of the same week. I got his voice mail and left a message but never heard back from him. I have since then hired someone else on Angie's List to install the garbage disposal (I did the $150 special and they did a great job). I also had a contractor thru Lowes' install the toilet this week and I feel that went well. I will be looking for someone for the flooring and kitchen stuff this week. I am really, really disappointed with Ken because he was my first choice and I initially felt good about him reading the reviews. I am in a time crunch and in one of the most stressful times of my life and I feel like he really let me down.

They did a great job! They were right on-time and very professional. I would use them again!

After 10 days I finally sent the company an email. That same day an email with an estimate arrived with 80% of the work NOT listed on the estimate! We have decided that this must be a representation of the quality and integrity that can be expected from this company. We are not having this company work for us.

July 8 - Owner Ken Bennett came out to give us an estimate to replace our chimney cover and install laminate flooring in kitchen. I liked him very much. He was very professional, kind, courteous and honest. July 11 - We received the estimates from Ken. We replied immediatedly hiring him to do both jobs. We received estimates from four other companies before Ken which all quoted the replacement of the chimney cover in stainless steel at 3X the price of Ken's galvanized steel. We are moving and didn't want stainless steel. July 12 - Ken emailed us stating he will order the chimney cover today. We ordered the flooring and padding from Lowe's. July 15 - Lowe's called - order is in. I let Ken know. July 27 - Kevin and his flooring team (4 total) arrived on time and job and it was done in a day. We are very pleased - the floors look amazing! Kevin works hard and did an execptional job! They hauled all the empty boxes away also. Aug 5: It took longer than the 10 days quoted to have another company fabricate a new chimney cover. However, at appointment time, Kent arrived on time. I offered for him to use our ladder for the 2nd story. He walked to the back yard and carried himself to the front of the house. I was amazed how quickly he climbed up two ladders to the chimney with all his gear like it was nothing! He removed the old chimney cover, came back down to get the new piece and hauled that huge 6' X 3' replacement cover and his gear up 2 ladders like a young boy! He went above and above by not only removing the wood board I had nailed to the first roof tier (so the ladder wouldn't slip) but siliconed the nail holes also. He gathered his tools, put the old cover in his truck to take away and quickly came inside for the next job which was to hang our bathroom vanity light that had fallen. Our wall didn't have enough support to hold the weight of 5 lights. He worked quickly and safely...very kind, knowledgable and professional.

Home Experts showed up and gave a detailed quote for work needed. Once a time was coordinated with the resident the work was completed on time and according to the quote.

I did not notice issues the day of the service. The handyman did point out to me a crack in one of my bathroom tiles prior to working on it so he would not be acountable. Within 2 weeks after the service, I noticed 3 things: the carpet did not get tacked all the way down near one wall, so it pulls up when vacuuming. I had 2 tiles that were damaged during the carpet tacking-- in the shape of a hammer, which was used by the handyman, and not by the person who laid the tile. If the handyman knew he damaged tiles wtih the hammer at the time, then I am upset that he did not honestly point out the damage, which I did knew was a risk. I would have just liked to know about it up front.

It was the perfect service experience. The owner was professional, kind and un-biased. He wasn't interested in anything else except assisting me with my needs. He made me very comfortable by explaining that his men were insured and background-checked which is important to me. He coordinated through email and cell which made everything very convenient. The gentleman who did the work shared some small talk so I understood who he was and how long he had been in the business to make me more comfortable. His quality of work from beginning-to-end was that of a professional. He covered his shoes, explained the work he would do and then let me know how he would leave the home. I tipped him graciously because I was so impressed and thankful for an easy, positive experience. If you are looking for a company to keep, a company that you can rely and trust. Choose Home Experts. Ken and his staff were wonderful, considerate, determined, and very, very professional. The costs were very reasonable and performed exceptionally well.

It started out great. I thought 2 hours of handyman service was 2 hours at my home. He stated that it would also take into account the time it took him to get the materials. I was okay with that. He provided an itemized estimate of most the items I wanted to have done and I choose a couple of things that were the biggest priority from the list that I wanted him to do on May 17th. I asked him about the coupon and where it factored into the estimate. The last time I heard from him was May 19th. I responded back to him within a couple of days on the 21st or 22nd and he’s never responded. He started out very prompt but he hasn’t responded in almost a week.

Got few handyman items off my list, except the electrical items. It would be nice the working area be cleaned up. The tissue holder still loose, haven't hear from the company for fixing up. The bathtub drain cover was installed very well.

This is the second time I used Home Experts. Ken was punctual and professional in assessing the issues and providing an estimate. Handyman was punctual and all work was completed to our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again.
