Description of Work: They replaced 2 springs, one of which had broken, and put WD40 on all the areas that could possibly need lubricating. They came the morning after I called them and were not only ontime, but worked quickly and were VERY NICE!

Description of Work: I've used Duane for more than 10 years, both for myself at my former home in Butler-Tarkington and now in Carmel, and at my mom's former home in Indy. He's responsive (including a time I accidentally backed into my garage door when trying to leave for work -- he was there in a half-hour!), quickly assesses the situation and explains options and is a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: My garage door was not working. Duane came the next day to fix it. Apparently the problem was a very simple fix. He did not charge me one cent. He has a customer for life. I didn't know people like this still existed. When the garage door opener finally breaks (which I am sure is sooner rather than later) I will be calling him.

Description of Work: I would HIGHLY recommend this business. The springs on the door ''popped'' and the door was stuck closed. He was prompt, courteous and reasonable. I asked him about replacing the door instead of fixing an older one and he told me that the door was about 8 years old and shouldn't need to be replaced in the near future. Honest and reasonable, who can beat that?
