Wow. I cannot say enough complimentary things about Hamilton Garage Door. Mike was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. Great communication. He had finished other jobs a bit earlier and asked if I he could come a little early. Probably worked for both of us to have it off our schedules earlier. Finished the job in good time, explained all he did and he also lubed both or our garage doors. Will definitely be using them again.

Very good from my point of view. Mike spotted the chain problem right away, had the part in his truck, told me the price, and an hour later the repair was completed. He was very professional and friendly, and I thought the price was reasonable.

Called Hamilton Garage Doors around 7:45 a.m. and described the problem I was having with my garage door (broken spring). I was very quickly told what the cost to replace would be and when the repair could be completed. The techs arrived a bit early and completed the work very quickly. From start to finish, the job was done in less than two hours from my first phone call. The workers tuned other parts of my door and replaced a worn out hinge--at no cost.

We had an issue with our garage door. I called in the morning, and Mike Keller came the same day. He diagnosed the problem (a broken cable) immediately. He performed the repair anmd also did some basic tune-up and maintenance. Mike was professional, polite, and friendly. We will definitely call Hamilton Garage Door Inc. next time we have a problem.

Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly, over the New Year holiday. We initially called a big name company who had provided services for us in the past. The response we received was incredibly rude, so we turned to Angie's list for a recommendation. Despite several attempts to call other more highly visible garage door repair companies with high grades, the only one to respond was Hamilton Garage Door. We received a prompt response to our inquiry. Literally within a couple of hours the door was repaired without an additional holiday charge. The person on the phone and the service provider were highly professional and personable. As an individual who desires to support businesses in the area where I live, I will definitely continue to patronize Hamilton Garage Door and encourage others to do so as well.

Mike arrived a couple hours after calling. He quickly replaced the spring and answered several questions along the way. I asked whether I could pay extra for a better spring and he indicated they have tried several and they all last about the same time (3 to 8 years). I also asked whether 2 springs are better than 1 and again he was honest -- 1 spring will last as long as 2 (saved me $45). He checked and lubricated the door. Very satisfied.

Worked quickly, fixed multiple problems after inspecting the whole thing. He explained everything he did in detail, and what preventative measures I can take. Very nice and professional. Cost was very appropriate

Duane picked up the phone when I called. He was very kind and informative. Duane let me know dates and times they would be available to help me with my request, along with the cost to complete the work. A person arrived just like Duane said and exactly at the time the service was scheduled. I originally had one spring on the garage door, but thought two would be better. The man working on the garage was very friendly and also educated me that it was not necessary to have two springs. These guys are honest and trustworthy, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Clearly a small family owned and run business. Very honest and friendly, not to mention fast. They did absolutely no unnecessary upselling!!! Would definitely use them again...especially if my wife talks me into buying a new garage door opener.

I called at 7:30 am, they said they had 6 people ahead of me, but they could still get to me today. By 2 pm the garage door was fixed. Tim did a great job. Even though it's just a temporary fix, he made sure it will last while I raise the money to have the foundation repaired. I'll definitely hire them again to adjust it back when I get my floor leveled.

Fantastic. I called at 8:30 and they were here by 10:20. Had it fixed before 11 am. Very nice and professional and even tuned up the settings on the garage door for me.

They came promptly, and fixes the problem.

Tim & Jim were super; patient explaining to me how I accidentally pushed lock button we replaced battery on door panel pad, it had corroded! Guys very kind and thorough. They left a sticker and placed it where I wanted it. I'll call them again if needed.

Called around noon today. They came out within four hours and replaced my garage door springs. While they were at it, the adjusted the opener and lubricated the rollers. This is great little company. Honestly don't know why anyone would go anywhere else for garage doors and service.

Upon his arrival, I recognized him as the gentleman who originally installed the door in 2015. He inspected the workings and immediately ascertained the problem and set about repairing the opener and installing some new wiring. He was quick and efficient. The door now works with no problems noted. He thanked me for calling them and told me there would be no charge for this service call. I couldn't ask for much more than that. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We called this morning and within 2 hours two servicemen were at our house to replace the springs. The garage door works so much more smoothly...and works! The whole process was completed in less than 2 1/2 hours from when we called.

I had a torsion spring break on Sunday and received a response from Duane that day. I was able to wait until the week since we were able to get our cars out without a problem. Duane was able to have a tech out to my home Tuesday morning. I found Duane and the tech very professional and courteous. I decided to have both springs replaced at the same time and it took him only about 30 minutes to do the work. Once he was done he lubricated the door for as well. He was very efficient! I would definitely recommend them and use in the future.

It went just great. No problems. I called on a tuesday and they came right out and fixed the door the same day.
