Description of Work: They showed up same day to fix my automatic garage door. Because of the age of the automatic opener they recommended it be replaced but offered to try to fix it first which was cheaper. The fix did not resolve the issue 100% because it was so old so they didn't charge me for the part or service of the fix and just replaced it with a new opener. They were very professional through the whole visit and I will continue to use them and refer my friends to them as well.

Description of Work: I had Hamilton Garage Doors out last fall when my garage door wouldn't open. The owner knew immediately when I described the problem, what was wrong. The garage door needed new springs. They came out while I was at work and I was able to charge it. So I did not even have to miss work for this! I was very impressed with their work. I had a differnt problem yesterday with the garage door and called them again. As before, they were able to work on it while I was at work. It needed a new rotor this time. Since my garage door is 12 years old, I asked about whether I should have any other work done. They suggested that I might not have any more problems for years. So they did not suggest anything else. They could have done unneed work, but they didn't. I felt like he was being honest with me. I don't always feel that good about repairmen. So I was very pleased.

Description of Work: The spring broke on our garage door, and our cars were "locked in" as we could not open the door manually. The response from Hamilton was amazing. They came within three hours, gave us an estimate, and had it fixed quickly. They were neat, professional, careful, and did excellent work.

Description of Work: I needed a keypad for my garage. The gentleman was kind enough to drop it off at my home since he was in the neighborhood. I did not opt for the installation since the directions seemed easy (and they were). Great experience as it was a busy day for me.

He was kind enough to review all of this with me. Then we discussed remaining options and he helped me solve the problem over the phone in a 5 miinute converation with spare parts that I had. The fact that he was willing to talk with me and work it out was a very pleasant surprise. I would trust and use hime with any future problems, maintenance or installations that I might have. Checked the revauto reverse function of both openers and adjusted. They were very prompt, neat, courteous and took time to answer any of my questions. their fee for this service was actually less than that advertised om Angie. I've recomended them to my family, friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: My overhead garage door was unexplainedly locked. I couldn't get it up and was afraid to bang on it. Hamilton came out the next day, got the door unstuck, put in a couple of bolts to keep it from locking again, did a check and oiling of the lifting system.....and didn't charge me a red cent, although I offered. They were there about 5 minutes and were on their way. We've had them before and, if we have problems in the future, Hamilton will get the call. No wonder they get all those A ratings!
