Description of Work: I have used them for two different homes. The first one I backed into my garage door. It bent the door and it wouldn't close. I thought I was in for a huge repair bill. Mike came out and fixed it with only a service fee. The keypad on my new home needed to be set. Mike offered to tell me how to do it over the phone for free. I was going to take him up on his offer, however, I accidentally wiped out my programmed remote. Again, they offered to tell me how to take care of both of these issues over the phone. I opted to pay the discounted service fee and have them do it. He also programmed my car remote! I am a very happy customer.
