+ -1 moreJob 1: Duane was able to work around my work schedule to come out and replace a broken cable on the garage door opener within a day after I called. He is very professional. Last year a cable broke on a different door, and he even came out on Christmas Eve to fix the door. Job 2: I have used Hamilton Garage doors before, and each time have been pleased with the short response time. Mr. Keller is very professional, and willing to do what it takes to solve a problem.
Description of Work: Job 1: Replaced broken coil on garage door opener.($116.) Job 2: My double garage door stopped working last Friday afternoon. I called Hamilton Garage Doors, left a message and quickly received a return call. I needed a part for the main circuit board, and although he didn't have the right size on his truck, he did have something that would get me through until Monday. He called first thing Monday morning and had the new part MF and working well before lunchtime. He did not charge me until Monday and I appreciated him fitting me MF before the weekend, so late on a Friday afternoon!($85.)

+ -1 moreWe were extremely pleased with Hamilton Garage Doors. Mr. Hamilton returned calls quickly, worked around our schedule, and did the work much more quickly than anticipated. He was very professional and explained everything well. He even did the work while we were at work and cleaned up so well that there was no sign of our old door- only the brand new one- when we got home. We would definitely use Hamilton Garage Doors again, and recommend them highly based on our experience.
Description of Work: Installed new double garage door and related mechanisms. Also took off and hauled away old door and mechanisms.

+ -1 moreIn addition to being on Angie's List, I also received a referral from a friend to use Hamilton Garage Door Systems. Dwayne Keller was quick to return my phone call, quick to schedule an appointment, was on time, completed the work quickly and charged a fair price. One spring would have cost $120. The springs were 14+ years old, but had a life expectancy of 4-8 years. It made sense to go ahead and replace the other spring, for an additional $44 dollars, which I thought was very fair.

KELLER CAME OVER RIGHT AWAY WANTING TO HELP US GET OUR CAR OUT. THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT TAKING THE WHOLE DOOR APART. NEW DOORS WERE ORDERED AND MR. KELLER AND HIS SON SHOWED UP ON THE ARRANGED DAY AND WERE VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT WITH THEIR WORK. THEY CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE.

HE WAS EARLY, DIAGNOSED MY PROBLEM QUICKLY, AND PROCEEDED TO SERVICE THE GARAGE DOOR AND THE OPENER. MY SPRINGS AND CHAIN WERE LOOSE AND I HAD SEVERAL HINGES THAT NEEDED OIL AND TIGHTENING. HE WAS DONE IN 15 MINUTES AND MY DOOR IS WORKING AS GOOD AS NEW.
