I worked with Dwayne, and he was very pleasant to work with. I started out thinking that I needed to replace the whole system. Dwayne came to the house with the 2 systems ready to install, and he accessed that it was just the sensor. He recommended just replacing the sensors instead of the whole system. Very customer oriented and fair!

Our opener went out on Sat., Feb. 3, 2007, one of the coldest days of the winter. My husband was able to reach Duane Keller who was at our house by 8:15 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5th. We were so impressed with his promptness, especially the day after the Colts won the Super Bowl & the fact that the temp. was -2! He had installed our garage door last summer & we were so impressed with him, that he is the only person we thought of calling. He fixed the gears of our opener & replaced the battery to our keypad entry as well. He is a very nice, knowledgeable man who prides himself on doing a great job.

Our garage door opener stopped working over the weekend so I called Hamilton Garage Door Systems on Monday morning and set up an appointment for the next day since I couldn't be home for them on Monday. They came and said they could fix the existing door and did not pressure me to buy a new one. I chose to buy a new, quieter opener since my existing opener was 13 years old. They installed the new opener the same day and did great work. I'll definitely call them again if I have problems with my other opener.

When arriving home from work last week my garage door made a loud noise and would not open. I had to disengage the automatic door and manually lift the door so I could get my car in for the night. The next day I called Duane and he was so pleasant to talk to and reassuring over the phone that the probably cause was a broken carriage and that he could go by and replace it that afternoon so when I got home at the end of the day I would not have to manually open the door. Duane was not only focused on fixing my garage door but also on how much he valued me as a customer.

The work was excellent and they really know their stuff.

I have one word to describe my experience with this company, AWESOME. I called at 7:30 am and by noon I had my new garage door opener, and they reprogrammed by car's homelink system as well. They were punctual and professional, got the job done fast, and instructed me how the system worked and what to expect. I think their price was reasonable and service great. I would highly recommend them.

I got excellent service from start to finish. We called around 8:00 am to report that we needed help with our garage door that would not open. They returned our call by 9:00 and were at our house by 10:00. The problem was fixed within 20-25 minutes at a fair price. We have used Hamilton Garage doors before and will continue to recommend them for excellent service.

They were very punctual about coming out to fix our broken garage door. They didn't have the right part on their truck, but came back the next day to finish the job.

They responded to my call very quickly. They arrived promptly. The spring and all other services were performed quickly but thoroughly. I thought their service was excellent and would recommend them to anyone with garage door problems.

Called a little after 7:30 received return call before 8AM. He was able to dx the problem over the phone and indicated he would be out this AM. Arrived before 10AM and was finished repairing and adjusting door opener and installed keyless entry before 11AM. He was informative, professional and provided excellent customer service. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Outstanding. Price beat all. Lots of bells and whistles with GDO, including a keyless entry system and an attachment you can keep in the house that lets you know if the door is open.

Duane and his son were great to work with. He was able to tell me over the phone that he didn't work with the brand of opener that was currently in our garage because of their difficulties (something that was confirmed by another estimate). But he asked me many knowledgeable questions over the phone that made it clear that he knew exactly what we had and what we were dealing with (the other vendor did not). Once we agreed to put in a new opener, he came out very quickly and it only took the two of them about 30 minutes total to install everything. We even have a little unit that goes in the bedroom to tell us when the door is still open, with a remote to close it. This opener is so much nicer and so much quieter, we just didn't realize how bad the old one was! They were very careful and explained everything. When the bedroom unit was working on and off, he fixed it immediately. A great experience!

I used them last year as well. They are excellent. His price was very reasonable. He could come almost immediately.

Duane and Mike were very polite, extremely reasonably priced and on time! I left a voice message at 7:30am on a Monday morning. He apologized at 8:30am when he called back for not returning my call sooner. Outstanding service!!! We can now park both of our vehicles back in the garage and not worry about storm damage on the outside. The door is fixed, good as knew and safer too.

This is my second positive experience with Dwayne. I cannot speak highly enough of him. I called at 7 a.m. to report the broken door spring, he returned my call by 8:15, and he and his son had the job completed before 9 a.m. Both times he has been out he has been very responsive to our need for quick serivce. He is polite, friendly, thorough, careful in his work and more reasonable in price than others. Though, to my knowledge, he does not offer 24 service. He has always responded quickly. I would not hesitate to use him again!

I was extremely pleased. Mr. Keller was on time, very knowledgeable about the problem and reasonably priced.

Duane is very prompt and doesn't waste any time getting the job done. He installed the original opener years ago and did a good job.

Duane Keller didn't waste anytime doing anything. He got right into the job, did what he said he was going to do. It wasn't "oh I forgot this piece, I have to go back to the warehouse" he had all of his tools and pieces and everything he needed. He was very prepared.

The part was $30.00 and the labor $69.00. Top notch company.

They came within 2 hours of frantically calling in the morning as we were trying to leave for work. They were very professional, friendly and a great price.

He was very reasonable, and I was very happy with the service. This weekend one of my springs broke and I was trapped in the garage. I just called and left a message for him and didn't think he could come out because it was a holiday. He called back and said he could be out this morning at 8:30 in the next morning and the garage was fixed by 9 o'clock. He's just very professional and his prices are reasonable. Duane Keller was very prompt, courteous, and professional from our initial meeting to final installation and cleanup. We are very pleased with price of our door, its appearance, and the overall quality of workmanship.

I called 3 -recommended by Angie--told them the situation;--All spoke immediately of new motor--etc --EXCEPT Hamilton, he immediately said it well might just be a worn out gear--and he was here within an HOUR...his opinion was verified--and he immediately went to work because he brought the necessary part---This saved me, money and time. He was courteous, hardworking and consistent...a really nice experience with an obvious service provider.

Initially had to leave message. Got a call back within two hours. Came out the next day to assess the situation. Found it necessary to go to the warehouse for parts. Came back the next day to fix problem and install keyless entry. Both days he gave me an approximate time he'd be at the house, but offered to call me at my office when he was on the way to my house so I didn't have to wait around. Final price ended up lower than estimate. Would use again.

Great company to do business with. Dwayne Keller has done maintenance work on my original garage door and opener for quite a few years. Three years ago a new opener was installed, and on 4/10/06 a new door was installed. Original equipment was in use since the house was built in 1972. Dwayne has always been a super person to deal with.
