He came right on time and was only here about 45 minutes. He was very professional and skilled. We will call him for all future garage door needs.

Duane was wonderful. He showed up on time first thing the next day and was early, called before he arrived. Fixed everything plus did some "tweeking" to make the unit last longer, he showed us what the problem was, cleaned up and was so nice.

Mr. Keller is a gem! During a power outage a couple days ago, I managed to tear down my garage door with my bare hands while trying to lower it. The next morning, I called a big name company and a sales rep came out, went through the spiel, and told me I could not have a new door until next week (6 -8 days later from first call) because that is the day when the company works in my area. I had NO door at all, and did not think it wise to wait. That company could not accommodate me. Conversely, Mr. Keller called back quickly, came over in HALF AN HOUR after calling to review the situation, and was installing my new garage door, new opener and key-less entry by 8:45 The NEXT morning! I was quite impressed with the efficiency and the price was good too. Mr. Keller was pleasant, professional, and worked quickly. He removed the old door that we had left lying on the ground and all the debris from the installation. He wiped away all fingerprints and swept before he left. Great!

On a Sunday morning our garage door went only about 1/2 way up and the opener started making loud noises. I called a little before 8am on Monday and talked with owner, Duane. His son Mike arrived about 1pm and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken gear. Within 45 minutes my garage door was fixed. In addition to fixing the broken gear, he made some adjustments to it, changed the light bulb and lubed the whole thing. It's so quiet now that I hardly believe that it's the same garage door opener.

Our garage door opener got stuck on several occasions and I was able to free it by manual operation. I called Duane Keller and asked that he check the system's operation and automatic opener.. He said he might be able to make a service call yet that day and showed several hours later after calling to say he could look at it in 15 minutes. This was the first time I needed professional service and I called the company because they were nearby and highly rated by Angie. Duane made a few minor adjustments and lubricated the door spring and said it was operating properly. He did not charge me for the service call. He was here for perhaps 10 minutes. When I said I would send a report to Angie's List, he smiled. That was the first he knew I had obtained his name through the list.

I've used this company since the mid 80's. The company's prices are very fair and they do great work. I've always had an excellent experience with this company.

We didn't have to wait long for him to do the work. He had installed the doors, so we trusted him to perform the work according to a verbal contract on the phone. He came two days later and the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called on Monday morning and he was able to come get it fixed that same afternoon. I described what I saw in the unit, and based on that Duane knew what had happened and came with the part it needed (and was able to give me a quote - part and labor - in this case over the phone). I was very pleased that he was able to show up relatively quickly and with the needed part. He fixed it quickly and explained everything both while he was working and afterwards. I would recommend Hamilton Garage Door Systems to anyone.

Great. Duane came and installed the door as planned, finished faster than planned, good price and then made several adjustments to my garage door opener to make it run more quietly. Overall, very satisfied and would use again.

Garage door was squeaking loudly. The quickly found the problem and lubricated it in the correct spot. While here they checked and lubricated other areas of both garage doors and made sure the openers were working properly.

Early in the morning a torsion spring broke while my garage door was closed. I called Hamilton Garage door Thursday afternoon (8/2/07). Duane the owner quoted me a price for replacing both torsion springs and said he would be able to make the repair early the next morning. Duane and his son Mike were at my place to replace the torsion springs at 8:30am on Friday. Both Mike and his son acted professionally, knowledgeably and completed the job in about 1/2 hour. The charge for the job was what he quoted me the day before. He did a good job at a fair price.

They came the day after calling them and installed everything the day after that. They ever suggested a bar to add strength to the door.

It went very well. After our teenage daughter drove her car through our garage door, Hamilton Garage doors came out very quickly and replaced it. They had a brochure of doors for us to pick from, and we chose a heavy duty one. They pulled out all the remaining pieces of the door and tracks, and installed a complete new system. I think they might even have hauled the old one away, but I'm not sure.

They came out yesterday. It was an impromptu last minute call. They came out, but did not have the part that they needed. They set a time to come out the next day. They came out earlier than planned, left a note, and came back a little later. They were very efficient, cleaned up and the price was good.

They came out the same day. They are really nice people.

Spring broke at 5pm and they arrived at 8:30 the next morning and replaced the broken spring in 15 minutes. Terrific service, job done just right. He's fixed our garage doors before and there's no one else I'd have do the job.

The only problem was that the garage door opener started buzzing a day after it was installed. It was a manufacturing problem with the circuit board. Duane returned and fixed the problem, free of charge.

Prefers Northside locations (the properties are on the Southwest side); doesn't accept credit cards or out of state checks. The work is completely COD!
