He called back within an hour of my leaving a message and was at my home within 30 minutes. He fixed the spring, checked out everything else and oiled some of the moving parts. The opener is back to working as well as ever. He was very pleasant. I've used him before and have always been pleased.

Duane was great. Our garage door broke on the Friday after Thanksgiving and I called Duane on Saturday. He called back right away and left a message detailing how much it would cost to repair the door. He called on Sunday to confirm when he would be there on Monday morning. He was at our home promptly at eight and the work was completed in less than a half hour. He explained that the spring was most likely the original one to the house and was in desperate need of being replaced. He also gave my husband an estimate for new garage doors. Overall we received superior service and would recommend Hamilton Garage Doors to anyone in our area needing their services. We will be using Duane again when we decide to have our doors replaced.

Duane Keller responded promptly to my request for an estimate. He was able to give me a general idea of the cost over the phone, and then followed up with an on site visit. After getting three quotes from A-rated companies, I chose Hamilton Garage Doors because of quality of reviews on Angie's List, Duane's prompt and helpful handling of the estimate process and price. I chatted with Duane and his installer the morning of the installation, went to work, and came home to a handsome new garage door. Duane and I then met a few days later, so that he could go over the operation of the door and controls with me. At that time he also made a few adjustments. Duane and his installer did an excellent job. Great attention to detail! Hopefully I won't have any service issues in the near future, but if I do I know Duane will take care of them.

Everything went very well. I called them when we realized what happened. He gives an option of buying the opener yourself and they replace it or they buy it. They came out the next day and I had them buy the opener. They replaced the opener and also installed the keyless entry.

Duane Keller came the day after to verify arrival time, did the work professionally with good quality, products and examples all of the workings to us. The price included a 2 year warranty.

The garage door is fine. The company came out and was only here for a short time and after they left the garage door opener worked again.

My spring was broken. I looked up a few people and found him because the comments about him were good. He was by himself and was very personable and professional.

A spring on my double garage door broke on a weekend. I called on Monday morning, and Duane came out later that day. We agreed to replace both springs on that door. I asked him if I should also replace the spring on my single door, since it's the same age, but he recommended not at this time. He was very professional, responsive, and courteous. While he was out, my wife misunderstood what I wanted done and asked him to replace the single door spring also. Since this meant a higher price than quoted, he told her if I had any questions to call him. She didn't explain this to me, so I called him the next day. When he explained the situation, I was a little embarrassed.

Very well. Duane is kind and personable, as well as knowledgeable and competent. He clearly wanted my garage door to work as much as I did. Also, Duane had the first set of work done while I was in another state, before moving into the home. It was great to rely on him when I was far away.
