THE BROKEN SPRING WOULD NOT ALLOW THE GARAGE DOOR TO MOVE. SO WE WERE VERY RELIEVED THAT THEY COULD COME AND FIX THE DOOR THE AFTERNOON WE CALLED THEM.

This is the second time I have called Hamilton Garage Door and both times I have found them courteous and efficient. I feel they are fairly priced as well. I highly recommend this company!

I've used the other garage door company and had a grumpy person come out and made the same repair on a different door at about 1 1/2 times more in price.

The repairman was prompt, professional, and kind. He explained everything he was doing and why. They had the best prices out of 10 places that I called.

It was great. They were on time, and provided an excellent service at a great price.

Mike gave us the estimate which we thought was very reasonable. The next day Mike and his father were back to do the work and it was done before noon. (We did not have an urgent emergency). We received a discount with the Angie's List recommendation. Mike was extremely professional and courteous and we are very happy with the work.

Mike came to give me an estimate after my initial call and was such a nice young man. John came to do the installation and was very professional and personable. I then decided that I needed an new opener and Mike and Duane installed that for me. I asked if it was possible to take a section of my old door and place it in the damaged door of my son-in-law (it was an identical door) and they did that for us for just the cost of a service call! I was so impressed that they would bother with that and my daughter and son-in-law are so appreciative. These are very, very nice people and I will definitely use them again.

On the evening of August 10th, we discovered that our old garage door opener no longer worked. I called Duane at Hamilton Garage Door at 8 P.M. that evening and left a message. Duane called me back at 9 P.M. to arrange service. Mike arrived at 8:30 A.M. the next morning and replaced the garage door opener plus a new key less entry system. The job was completed in a very timely manner and the door was operational by 10 A.M. that morning! Over the years, we have had several occasions to work with Duane & Mike Keller. They have always been very professional, courteous and provide timely service when needed.

The morning of June 19th, we had an overhead spring break on our garage door. I called Duane at Hamilton Garage Door at 10:30 A.M. and left a message. To my surprise, he called me back by 11 A.M. and both Duane and his son, Mike, came to our house and replaced the spring by 3 P.M. that afternoon! They are very response to customer needs and professional in their mannerism. I would highly recommend them for any garage door service needs.

Good experience with both the person doing the scheduling and the person doing the work. Technician told me a few things about the door I was not aware of, but explained some earlier issues we had seen. Work was done professionally and the cost was less than I would have expected (partially because of the A/L discount) Would definitely use this company again.

From the initial phone call to get them to fix the door to actually fixing it was a great, smooth process. Duane was very polite on the phone and they were able to get me in right away. Mike came to fix the garage door and he did a GREAT job! He was on time, very polite and efficient. He went above and beyond what was asked of him, he made sure to balance the door and everything. Our garage door wasn't working all summer long and we couldn't figure out what the problem was. Mike came in and knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed everything! The door works great now and I was very impressed with his work and how efficient he was. I would strongly recommend using Hamilton Garage Doors if you have any garage door work that needs done. I won't be calling anyone else for future work, I will be calling them back!

They arrived on time, were polite, and did a great job. They have been here before and always do great work.

Mike did a great job. Mike called before coming and even said he could come later if the current time wasn't convenient. He replaced the gear on the opener and offered to sell me a new remote at cost. He didn't try to sell anything extra or push for a new opener at all. Mike even looked at my other garage door that was working fine and offered some maintenance tips. I would definitely use them in the future if needed.

We had a garage door that wouldn?t closing properly and some of the screws had came out. We called and they came out the same day. The door now works great, it is perfect. I have recommended them to others.

After calling, Mike was there within 2 hours. He replaced the spring and performed maintenance on the garage door opener. They installed our garage door opener 3 years ago. We have had two excellent experiences and will not call anyone else.

I called before 9 a.m. and the owner, Duane, said the service man was in Plainfield and would be able to get to our home in northeast Lawrence Twp by around 1 p.m. Mike (his son) called about 1:45 p.m. and said he would arrive shortly. He fixed the problem on the one door, then provided maintenance on the other two. He offered his opinion about the status of our older equipment (installed in 1985) and what might be appropriate in the future. He was friendly and professional.

He replaced two hinges and made an adjustment. He also provided preventative maintenance by replacing another hinge he saw on the other side of the door. The price was quite reasonable for the amount of work provided. I feel he went above and beyond for my project.
