Called late in the day on Friday and they returned my call within 15 minutes and scheduled the repair for Monday morning. This was not an emergency or they volunteered to come on Saturday. Extremely responsive, professional and good price. This company is Great!

Overall he is a great source for garage door needs. He is not a big corporation, works on his own, and treats everyone with the best service and advice he can offer. I called him Thursday evening after 9, left a message and we spoke the first thing Friday morning. He was at my home within 2 hours, completed the work and went on his way. He is honest, and reliable.

They were very nice and responsive. When I called, they said that they would see if they could squeeze me in that day, but it didn't work out. They called and let me know that they would be there the next day--ice storm day. They came in the afternoon and immediately knew what was wrong. They gave me a price, got to work and had it done within the hour. Nice people, pleasant manner and good work. I would definitely call them again.

The owner answered my call right away and asked to call me back because he was wrapping up with another client. Within 5 minutes he was back with me and scheduled Mike to be at our house that afternoon. Mike showed up on time, replaced both springs, WD-40'd the new ones and our other garage door.

Very responsive service. I called in over the weekend with my problem and even though their published work hours were Mon-Fri, my phone call was answered and we set up an appointment for the first thing Monday morning, Duane arrived right on time and had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes. Very professional. I would definitely recommend Hamilton Garage Doors to anyone needing this service.

I called in the morning, explained that the door would not go up or down. I was told someone was in the area and he would contact me. When he called, he said he could come over right then. He came over,explained what the problem was and the necessary repairs. He did his work and within two hours of my initial phone call, the work was completed. Can't ask for better service.

We have an old Liftmaster automatic garage door closer that was not operating properly. We called Hamilton Garage Doors, who worked with us over the phone to identify possible reasons for the problem. One thing they suggested was adjusting the small infrared cameras at the bottom of the garage door tracks to see if they were out of alignment. They were, in fact, and I was able to resolve the issue myself. I called back to thank the company, and offered to pay something for their advice, but they refused and only asked that we think of them in the future if we had garage door issues. They were exceptionally polite and helpful, and could if they wished had made a service call. We wouldn't have known the difference, and I give them an A+ for honesty and integrity, in addition to competence.

Prompt and very professional. Did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

On Wednesday evening, 12/29/2010 I accidently lowered my garage door onto the roof of my car causing the electric opener to break. I was able to manually raise the door enough to get the car out of the way and then lower the door for the night. Early the next morning I researched Garage Door Repair in Angie's List. I chose Hamilton Garage Doors because they were a locally owned Carmel, IN company with excellent reports in Angie's List. I called at 7AM and left a message. Duane Keller returned my call within 15 minutes. He said his son Mike could be there by noon. Mike arrived at 11:30AM while I was out on an appointment, but my wife was home. He performed the repairs promptly and explained to my wife what part was replaced and left the broken part for my inspection. He had informed my wife of the cost of the repairs before learning that we had located them on Angie's List. Since she had already written the check for the total amount of the repairs, Mike gave her cash from his pocket for the amount of the Angie's List discount! Would I use these folks again? YOU BET!!!!

Contacted this company early Tuesday morning & explained the problem. They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone & estimate the cost of repair. They scheduled the repair for that afternoon & were on time & on budget. Excellant company.

Our extremely old garage doors became too rusty to work properly. We called Hamilton Garage Doors our for an estimate and found them very reasonable compared to other companies, and they even came out and looked at the garage. The work was done promptly. After the doors were installed we realized there was an issue with one of the openers too. They came back and fixed it for only the cost of the part. Overall we were very happy with the work.

I called Hamilton Garage Doors late yesterday afternoon to schedule an appointment to have our garage door serviced. Duane answered the phone and was able to schedule Mike to come out to our house the following day. Duane was very professional and extremely courteous. A pleasure to talk to. By 10:00 am, Mike completed the above indicated repairs to our garage door. Mike also was very courteous and showed me what was causing our trouble. I would definitely call them again for any servicing issues.

I called hamilton garage doors because of good reviews from Angie's List. I talked to the owner at 8:00am this morning and finished repair by 1:30pm on the same day!

I called Steve on Sunday, 12/5/2010, and told him my overhead garage door was stuck in the down position and one of the rollers had come off. He said he could come and fix the door on Monday morning, 12/6/2010 and that I would be his second call. He came at 9:30AM with his son, Mike, and they fixed the door. It needed a new hinge and the rails needed adjustment. They fixed the door quickly and were very friendly and careful. I have used this company before and would definitely recommend them.

Mike diagnosed problem immediately and promptly fixed it. Then he checked the door out thoroughly and lubricated all tracks and springs. He was very pleasant and extremely efficient.

excellent experience after having difficulty with another provider. even mentioned angie's list discount to me...also made sure i knew about a rebate program. opener was installed less than 24 hours after my inquiry call. installed new keyless entry at no cost since my old one wouldn't work with new door. also reprogrammed my car for me.

Our garage door cracked. I called Hamilton Garage Doors for an estimate. They delivered the estimate the next day. After waiting 3 days for another company's estimate (which never came), I called to have Hamilton Garage Doors put in our new door. They came out 2 days later and installed our new door exactly as promised. Everything about Hamilton Garage Doors speaks to their professionalism.
