I have used this company for quite a number of years and they have always been very responsive and very good.

they did a really good job I was having a minor garage door problem and decided to have an an insulated door in stalled he could have probably talked me into doing more things i'm not a garage door person but he didn't he's very honest I have always found this to be the case when I have called them out to do things. I have never felt like he was they to make money.

Excellent as usual. The spring on our garage door broke last night 1/23/2012 and we called Duane and left message, he returned call at 7:45 this am 1/24/2012 and said his son Mike would call before he came out to replace spring, he called and my husband met him, he and another fellow replaced the broken spring in a timely fashion. Service was excellent as usual.

We have been thoroughly happy with both experiences with this company. My calls were answered quickly and I was given an accurate quote over the phone for the costs of the repairs. The first time the son and a coworker came out the same day and promptly replaced the spring on one garage door. The second time we used them they came the following day because they needed to get the necessary parts. On both occasions the repairmen were knowledgeable, friendly, clean, had great work ethics and were considerate of my time and costs.

Work went very well. They took the time to explain the advantages of the products offered and went above and beyond expectations by cleaning and oiling the tracks. The garage was spotless after they left.

Quick response to our call for service. Next day appointment since original call was placed in late afternoon. Arrived on time for appointment and handled our problem quickly and efficiently. Nice people. Highly recommended.

They called ahead of coming, arrived on time, and performed the job quickly and efficiently. The garage door was also very squeaky so they lubricated it to get rid of the squeaky noises. They showed me exactly how to work the new opener controls since it had some special features. I am very happy with the services performed and the gentlemen who did the work were polite.

I noticed that the door no longer went up. I looked on Angie's list and Hamilton Garage Door was highly recommended and has a 10% off coupon. We called them at 10 and they made an appointment for us at 2. They called us at 1:45 and showed up at 2:15 and were finished at 2:45. Excellent service, quick response - I would highly recommend.

Excellent service! They arrived on time & quickly fix the problem. The service person also reviewed periodic maintenance.

They came out within a few hours of the call that my garage door opener was not working. They said it sounded like it needed a new part, which they would have with them in the truck. However once they got here and took a look at it, they just needed to reattach the door and adjust the settings. They were kind enough to not charge me for their trip. I'll definitely be calling them again when I need service or a new garage door.

I called to arrange for a quote for a door and a new opener. Before I was off the phone Duane had given me a preliminary quote! Admittedly, I had spent some time looking at doors so I was pretty sure the model I wanted, but I was impressed. The next day he stopped by to confirm the door size and the work to be done. Duane told me I had a great opener and didn't want to replace it. I explained the problem I was having (it wouldn't stop going up about half the time) and he asked to give them a chance to adjust it. They were willing to install the door within 2 days and even offered to do it on Saturday. They showed up promptly on the scheduled day and had the door installed in less than 3 hours...much faster than scheduled. They installed new trim/weather stripping that seals great. They adjusted the opener and I have not had a problem yet. Duane very well could have sold me an opener, I asked for it more than once, but he felt very strongly that it would be cheaper for me to keep my current opener and let them fix it. I call that honesty and integrity.

They did a great job and were so quick to stop by. It's a father and son business and they were very consciencious. They also recommended not replacing the spring on our smaller door, because it wasn't needed. I liked that they were honest and didn't try to do more work than was needed. They were very polite, responsive and just a joy to have working on our house!

My experience with Hamilton Garage Door Inc Company was good. I paid $80 for the service call. They tried to fit in a used sensor and were willing it to install it for free, however, it didn’t work. So I had to buy a new censor for $35. They had to come back and fix it because it didn't work the first time. That was frustrating. The technicians did a good job though. They were responsive. They try their best to make their customers happy. I would use them again in the future.

Duane was out several months ago and provided a quote for replacement of the door. When the old door finally went to the big garage in the sky, I pulled out his quote. Duane was really thorough on the phone with me and helped me understand the difference in the doors that he quoted. He explained that I could save about $200 if I purchased the door that he had on his own home. He called three times to confirm the installation time and date. His installers were family members and arrived promptly with the door that we had selected. They worked quickly and were very, very clean and neat. The installation was done in about ninety minutes. We are very pleased with the door and will definitely recommend Hamilton Garage Doors to our friends.

Called after 1:00 PM and repairs were completed by 3:30 PM the same day. Very professional, personable, and quickly completed all the work while running in and out of the heavy rain. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again. A most satisfying experience.

We called late afternoon Wednesday to request service call. It was scheduled for early the next morning. They arrived on time (early, in fact), did the work quickly, answered questions. Good people to call for service.

Called Hamilton Garage Doors Monday regarding a broken spring on our garage door. Spoke with Duane. Received estimate. We suggested changing both springs as they are the originals on our 20 year old home. Appointment made for Tuesday morning at 8:30 am. Received call from son Mike, would be a little late. Arrived, assessed door, and changed springs in less than 20 minutes. Door working smoothly. They honored the 10% off labor discount. Great service!

I sent an email via Angie's List, and got a call back within a couple hours. Duane went though the service and products provided and the price. Duane even called me the night before our appointment to confirm. For $648, they installed two belt-drive Liftmaster Professional openers, two wall switches, provided three remote controls, and installed a keyless entry. They also inspected the springs and rollers on the garage doors and lubricated them as needed, and provided training on routine maintenance. The guys cleaned up their work and even swept the garage floor before they left.

It couldn't have gone better. I called them up last week asking for an estimate - Duane gave me prices over the phone, and stopped by the house the next day to drop off color samples and literature. I ordered two doors the day after that, and in just about a week they were out to install the doors. It took the two workers just about three hours to get the job done (and they were nice as could be). Duane stopped by twice to make sure things were looking great. The doors are solid, look fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. Pricing that included haul-away, new track, doors, labor, and trim just made it easy.

I have had 4 or 5 different garage door companies come to my home to perform various levels of service and maintenance to garage doors over the many years of our home ownership.
