They showed up the next day on time and within 2 hours had the new door installed. No nonsense! They know what they are doing and very efficient! Door installed, looks great and adjusted perfectly. Our house was struck by lightening , which caused the GFI outlet in the garage to be blown out of the wall. The resulting power surge knocked out one of our overhead garage door openers. After consulting Angie's List, I decided to call Hamilton Garage Doors. He said it was most likely the circuit board, because he was seeing a similar problem in other openers damaged by this storm. He asked for part numbers off the opener, obtained a circuit board, and installed it. He also noticed the light sensors needed rewiring, and gave us tips on lubricating the tracks, springs, and rollers for both doors.

Came the very same day I called. Fixed what we discussed but also performed some extra maintenance, including the other garage door. Charged less than quoted.

Called in the morning, and they said they could come in 2-3 hours. Showed up on time. Completed the work in about 20 minutes. Everything is working as it is supposed to.

Spring had broken. Called and they were out in less than 1 hour to repair it. Cost was something like $135 for the spring repair, but said they'd do both spring (since they were the same age) for $180.58. I will never call anyone else for garage door repair. Money WELL spent!

Overall extremely satisfied! Door spring broke over the memorial day weekend. Went on to their website on memorial day, filled out a request form, assuming I would get a call back sometime on Tuesday. To my surprise I got a call that Monday afternoon from them. We reviewed my request to repair spring and to install a opener. On Tuesday morning, I received a call saying they had the parts they needed and would be out that afternoon. Repair was completed in about an hour. I would recommend Duane & Mike to anybody.

I called at 8:00 at night expecting to get voice mail and leave a message. The call was answered, the gentleman was friendly, and arrangements were made for service the next day. I would not hesitate to call them again should we need service on our garage door. Very friendly, good worksmanship, and reasonable prices.

They arrived on time and finished the job quickly. We paid the price they quoted us. We would have them back if we need more work done on the garage door.

Garage door spring broke which was not covered under our home warranty, looked on Angies List for someone, Hamilton Garage Doors had great reveiws. Being 10:30 at night we emailed the, they replied at 2:20 am and called us 7:30 am the next morning.Came out super fast and fixed the door. Great service and workmanship. Very reasonable pricing. Will definately use them again.

I called Monday morning and talked with Duane who was very polite. They were here before noon. Very professional, prompt and efficient. i was very pleased with the service they provided.

I initially went to their website on a Wednesday evening. I filled out th form asking for an appointment on Friday afternoon. They followed up on Thursday with both a phone call and an email. They were very flexible about when I wanted them to come on Friday. They arrived before the time we had set, did their job quickly and efficiently. They also fixed the keyless entry unit, which was wonderful.I would highly recommend them to anyone!

called on Monday and asked for service Wednesday. I was told they would come at 8am. At 8:40 I called and was told they were at another location - they forgot about me. They said they would call back to see if they could come later in the day. They didn't call back and he said someone with a similar name had called and they had us confused. I asked if they could come later in the day or should I call someone else. He said to call someone else.

I called Hamilton Garage Door, Inc to have my old garage door opener replaced. I'm impressed with how quickly they were able to fit me into their schedule. It was a very quick install and the result looks very professional. Even took time to program the garage door opener button in my car and walk me through the key features of the unit. Well priced. Very pleased and will definitely use them again for future service.

I left a msg on Saturday and Mr. Keller returned my call and came to the house on the following Monday to complete the work. After fixing the broken sensor Mr. Keller and his son checked and serviced both garage doors without additional charge.

Dwayne and his son are so nice to work with. They are polite, prompt, reasonably priced and do quality work. We have used them for all our garage door needs for many years and have never been disappointed.

Discussed issues over phone. Were able to come by for quote within 24 hours and completed job within 48 hours. Took old unit away, installed new unit, lubricated tracts of new unit as well as other side that was not broken. Very friendly, thorough, punctual, and clean. Price was cheaper than competition. Will definitely use them for any future problems.

I could not be happier. I came home and the garage door wouldn't open, so I went through the front door and tried to manually override the motor, but the door wouldn't lift. I looked up companies on AL and called these guys. Duane called me back and diagnosed the problem over the phone after having me go to the garage and answering his questions. True to their word, they called this morning and were here by 10 a.m. He brought the parts that were needed and was done within 30 minutes. If I could give an A++ rating I would. I'll only call them in the future.

The guys at Hamilton Garage Doors were great to work with. They replaced our garage door opener and even worked around our baby's nap. They were easy to get a hold of on the phone and helped me pick the right product for my situation.

We found them on Angie’s List, and they were good. They were cheaper than the other companies. They didn’t charge us anything because it was a simple creak of the actual overhead device which strengthens the tenseness of the door as it needs to be, so they were great and I appreciate them. Their quality of work, punctuality and responsiveness were great. We will use them again in the future.

I called Hamilton Garage Door to come out and look at our garage door in response to a home inspection report we received from selling our house. It stated there were some things that needed repair on the door. Mike Keller came out and throughly checked the garage door and all components. Upon inspection he found nothing wrong with it, and he did not charge us for the inspection or for coming out. He could have very easily come out and charged us for something that wasn't broken and taken advantage of the situation but he didn't. It is nice to see an honest and reputable company. I highly recommend them.

Went very well. They showed up at the time they said they would. The additional work they did on the clamps were significant enough that I asked if there would be a charge for it, however they did not charge. The price for the work done was almost $40 less than the other place I called after the $10 Angie's List credit.
