Working with Hamilton Garage Doors is a pleasure! I called them at 7:30 AM regarding being unable to open my garage door. Even though they had other appointments that day, they rearranmged their schedule and were at the house by 8:15 and the door was repaired 20 minutes later. Overall, an extremely plesant experience.

I have used them a couple of times. Most recently they were going to fix my garage door but it ended up, price wise, that it would be better to just replace it. They are great to work with and price wise they are good. They do a very professional and clean job. They are very prompt.

I would definitely use and refer Hamilton Garage Doors again and again! They were quick to respond, coming out to our home the afternoon we called, fixing the broken spring and tightening all loose bolts on the door and servicing both garage doors! Very professional, courteous and priced well!

I have used Hamilton Garage Doors to service our existing doors for many years. We knew we needed to replace our 30 year old doors. I called and got great advice, without pressure sales like some other companies, and now we have two beautiful insulated garage doors and super quiet openers. Delivered when promised; finished and cleaned up in one morning! Couldn't ask for a better experience!

The cost for the insulated door (installed and walking out the door) was cheaper than the Lowes/Home Depot estimates and on par with other contractors. (Lowes would have cost $30 to come out and take measurements too - Duane did this for free.) The estimate was exactly what was charged at the end. I couldn't be happier. The product seems like a good solid product, the installation was quick and very professional. They were prompt with their arrival time and finish time. I wish every contracting experience could be like this.

It went very well. Originally they told me that the cost would be $89.00 for a service call. After they had arrived and diagnosed the problem, Mike let me know that that this qualified as a "tune up" and only charged me $69.00. They were very friendly and had the problem fixed in no time. I will use them when i have the door replaced.

The whole process was great. I called in the morning, got a hold of them, he said he would call when he stopped the truck because he was on the highway. He called right back, I gave him our address, told him what was happening. He said he would be there after lunch and would call before. At about 12:30, Got a call that he would be there in about 20 minutes. He arrived, saw what was needed, made a phone call to get the part. He told me it would take about twenty-five minutes for one of the crew to get here to bring the part, and that the part we needed was a support rod that cost $25 just for the part, and he would wait in his truck while until part arrived. The part arrived, he installed it within 5 minutes, tested it, and showed me the results. It worked perfectly, even better than before. I was thrilled that it was fixed because we thought it could break at any time with the terrible sound it was making. He said that if we hadn't called, it would have broke. The problem was because the weight of the door starts to sag as it sits open and turns the curve. I asked him if every one of the sections needed a support rod, but he said our door wouldn't support the weight of that many rods unless we upgrade the springs for the additional weight of all of the rods. e assured me that this would fix it for a long time. Hamilton Garage Door was professional, efficient, fair and responsible. I have their business card hanging next to our garage door button, and I will call them and recommend them highly, again and again.

Garage door spring had broken and needed to be repaired. Could not open the garage door. Called Hamilton Garage Door as they were highly rated on Angie's List. Estimate right on the phone call. 10% off for mentioning Angie's List. Arrived at our house within 30 minutes, and had it fixed in under 30 minutes! Had them replace both springs so I would not have to worry about the other one breaking. The men were very nice and knowledgeable. Had us fixed up in no time! Highly recommended!

The company responded promptly. Gave me the repair cost on the phone. Showed the next day and was efficient and clean and courteous.

The repair required heavy duty springs. Tim said he would have order the springs and would be back in the morniing. He also suggested that I replace the other spring because it was over 20 years old and it could save a service call. They were back first thing the next morning and the repair took about 1/2 hr. Very professionally done.

owner stopped by after his lunch and diagnosed a worn belt and took it off and gave it to me, pointed out the model number and said I could get it at Ace. He told me to lube the springs and rollers and call him if that didn't fix and he could replace for $199 with two remotes. The belt was under $10 and I put it on, lubed the springs and rollers and it worked like a charm. Hamilton County Door is a gift from days gone by helping his customers help themselves and offering their services if they need them. Would not call anyone else for my garage door needs and I recommend them highly.

Late Friday afternoon my garage door slammed shut. When I looked, the spring had broken. I called as soon as I could on Friday and had a return phone call Friday night about 9. Duane indicated that he was a little backed up and if he could come first thing Monday morning, he would give me a reduction in price. Monday morning they came on time and quickly fixed the spring. The door is great!

We called them and received a return call the same day. They asked us what time would be good for us and worked it in to their schedule. They called on the way to let me know when they would arrive. They were very professional, courteous and introduced themselves to me. They are a family owned business. They fixed everything they said they would in about 30-45 minutes. They even programmed my car, which in my opinion was above and beyond anything I expected. They also went through all the remotes and keypads to make sure I understood how everything worked. I would recommend these gentleman to anyone, you will certainly not be disappointed!

After the spring replacement, they lubed and adjusted the garage door. They adjusted the angle on garage door connection to the opener and observed that this may have contributed to early failure of my previous spring. After that adjustment, the door runs MUCH smoother and SIGNIFICANTLY quieter. Plus, it doesn't "slam" down when the bottom of the door hits the floor. This adjustment is something that the last service tech from a different company missed. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our garage door was sticking and running rough upon opening. I called several companies, and Hamilton Garage Door offered the best price on a service call. I scheduled the appointment, and the gentleman who came out was very friendly and did a tune-up on the door, which seemed to solve the problems we were having. About three weeks later, the problem (sticking) resurfaced, and I called Hamilton again. The owner promptly sent someone out to look at the door. They added some lubricant (at no cost), and the door is working great now. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The Hamilton guys arrived when they said, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the right parts in their truck to be able to fix it. They also fine-tuned the door adjustments and lubed all three garage doors. The broken door has been working perfectly since.

I used them before for an emergency garage door fix and was very impressed. I called them back to get pricing on the recoding garage door opener, a new outdoor keypad, and 2 new universal remotes. Duane was very professional and explained everything to me. Although this was a small job, they arrived promptly, did their work quickly (<30 minutes) and were done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
