The owner showed up on a Saturday morning and had door repaired in no time. Very pleased. Our door was builder door (cheaper) and did not have the heavy duty springs of most doors. A spring kit had to be installed to take care of both springs.

Mike was very punctual and very professional. Will hire again.

Mike Keller and Hamilton Garage Doors were excellent to work with. In getting quotes for a new garage door, I had contacted the big companies who always advertise but I wasn't really sold on any of them for various reasons. I came across Hamilton Garage Doors on Angie's List and had never heard of them before. What I needed was a basic garage door, nothing fancy as we are in a track-home neighborhood. I gave them a call and Mike gave me a quote on a couple garage doors which were very similar, if not better, than what the other companies had quoted. And to my surprise, his prices were actually a little better and he had additional door options which were better quality. He works with a couple smaller garage door manufacturers here in the Midwest who make top-quality products at very competitive prices. We went back and forth multiple times with different window options, different door options, a couple different brands, and Mike was very patient to provide quotes and information so we could make our final decision. Mike and his installer Kyle came out yesterday to install everything. Kyle did a great job in completely removing the old garage door and installing the new one with a brand new wi-fi opener in about 2-1/2 hours. They were both very professional, personable, and made sure over and over again I was happy with everything and kept asking if I had any questions. The whole experience could not have gone better.

They responded to call in a timely manner and fixed it the day of call.

I have had a recurring problem with the cables spinning off the garage door. I called Tuesday afternoon and Mike offered to come out that day, but I told him the next day was OK. He was out first thing the AM. He carefully explained what is happening and what needed to be done, and what the price will be. Didn't try to up sale me or talk me into a new system. He fixed the problem and it is running better than ever! Very professional. Good price for the work. I highly recommend them. I told my wife if the garage door goes out completely, I will not hesitate to call these guys to install a new system.

This company, hands down, is the best customer experience I have ever received. They helped us in the past with a broken spring and now again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else if you want honest feedback and great customer service. I will be calling them the next time I need their services.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with work Mike with Hamilton Garage Doors Inc. completed for us. I left a message for him on a Sunday, expecting a call back Monday at the earliest, but he called me Sunday evening to schedule a repair first thing on Monday. Would certainly hire again. Refreshing to connect with a contractor who is solid from start to finish, and certainly plan to use their services again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received! Mike showed up on time an quickly assessed the problem and solved it. I had an older heavy wooden garage door that needed new rollers and some tweaking to make it run smoother. He replaced all 10 rollers, tightened up all the hinge attachments, tightened the springs, bent the track out a little where it had been impinging the roller movement, and sprayed all moving parts with lubricant. The door runs smoothly and quietly now. He did not try to up-sell me on anything, but I definitely will call them when I do need to replace the door.

Mr. Keller came to my home to look at my garage door opener that did not have any power. He fixed the problem easily and did not charge anything for the service. I will call this company again without a doubt if I have problems again.

Contacted Mike (owner) on Tuesday morning and he was out here on Tuesday afternoon to fix my garage. Great service, Mike is very customer oriented, very professional and honest. Great character to have. You might not always know what you're getting when needing to get something repaired. He replaced my garage door springs in about a 1/2 hr. Advised me how to give maintenance to the springs every year. I will never use any other garage door service company and I will 100% recommend Hamilton Garage Door to anyone in need of garage door work.

It was great. The owner came and gave me an estimate. He worked with me on the quote and did everything he could to save me money. He was a real nice guy. The door is a triple insulated door. The door is so nice and much better quality than I had before. The installers did a great job and cleaned up well. They did excellent work. I highly recommend Hamilton Garage Door Inc.

They were able to repair issue as promised, faulty circuit board. Always punctual and professional with reasonable prices. They could have sold a new unit but provided lower cost option. They seek to always deliver value, I'm a repeat happy customer

I messaged them late one evening expecting a response the next morning, and I was surprised to get a response a couple minutes later. We talked back and forth and I was able to set up an appointment for later in the week. They ended up being in the area earlier than expected so they called to see if they could stop by early.
