These people were great. They came out right on time and replaced two coils. We couldn't open the garage so they came as quickly as possible. Cant say enough about this business!

Garage door springs broke, trapping two cars inside (very very heavy door to open without spring). Called at 7am in the morning and they arrived by 9:15am and door repaired, oiled, tightened, within 30 minutes. Had them replace both springs, assuming the other one was due to wear out soon as well. Prompt, responsive, professional, reasonable price.

This was a totally positive experience. We contacted Hamilton for our broken door, they promptly responded, and did a very cost effective and quick repair. They were very informative, and carefully pointed out problems due to poor choices by our previous contractor, without being unprofessional or accusatory. These guys are solid, concerned and deserve their A rating. I highly recommend them. Due to the age of our door, they had to be a bit creative for part of the repair and showed kindness and resourcefulness in doing so.

Answered phone after closing time and offered to come out right then. I opted to have them come out the next day. The guy showed up and only took about 20 minutes to fix my issue, then collected payment and I was back to using my garage door again.

I contacted your top 3 recommended garage door service providers for a price quote and to determine when they could complete the repair. All 3 could provide the service the next day, but Hamilton offered a 10% discount making them about $15 cheaper and could do the repair in the morning. We were leaving town in the afternoon, so I selected them for those two reasons. The repair technician called in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly and for the price quoted. He also told me that the rails needed to be adjusted and would have caused us a problem in the near future. He said he adjusted those for us and there was no additional charge for that. I was very pleased with the service provided by Hamilton Garage Doors and would highly recommend them to other Angie's List Members!

Duane was great and we love our new garage doors. Duane was the nicest person I dealt with when I was shopping for garage doors, and his prices were slightly better than the bigger companies even with their coupons. No hidden fees or up-selling; I was only charged the price he quoted me on the phone. He even drove my car from the street to the garage so he could program the homelink system, which was so nice of him. I don't anticipate having any problems with the doors, but I am confident that if any problems would arise Duane would be out here immediately to fix it -- he seems very concerned about making sure everything is done right. Would definitely recommend Hamilton Garage Doors!

The spring had slipped off the wheel and they fixed that. Also while they were here, they went ahead and adjusted both doors for me. I was very pleased with their work and they were prompt. Pricing was right and they were courteous. I would definitely use them again.

The company came for an estimate and was up front that they would not be able to perform the services needed due to the fact that our garage door is a commercial type extremely large door. However, they were happy to provide recommendations and did not charge for a service call or anything. They were very pleasant and called ahead to let me know when they would arrive.

One of the springs on the side of my garage door broke on April 17th and the door could no longer be opened. I called our condominium office (Overlook at Williams Creek Condos) and they recommended I call Dwayne, the owner of Hamilton Garage Door. They use the company a lot for anything associated with the garage doors in our community. I was able to reach Dwayne immediately on his cell phone. I explained the problem and he said he would have one of his team at my place the following day, April 18, to put a new spring on the door. He told me exactly how much it would cost, I gave him my credit card information, and it was done! His person came exactly as promised on April 18th, quickly replaced the spring, everything works fine now. I was so very pleased with the professionalism, immediate response, clear up-front cost and follow-through.

Got here when they were supposed to and completed in no time. I would have them back and even posted one of their cards by the opener button.

One of our garage doors wouldn't close and we finally had to close it by using the cord. It was making a strange humming sound. I called Hamilton Garage Door and Duane said they would try to get out by the next afternoon. The service tech called late the next morning and came out to check the door. He was very personable and got the job done with no muss or fuss. Hamilton installed the openers in 1996 on two heavy wooden doors. We've had very few problems over the years and always call them when there is. They are prompt and try to respond as quickly as possible. We wouldn't consider calling anyone else. And, of course, we did receive our Angie's List discount!

Overall we are pleased with our experience. My only issue was they took a couple of days to return our initial call. Once we talked with them they were very prompt in arranging a time to fix the door.

They met their price that was estimated. They came out and did it and it took the time that they stated it would. About a month ago I had issues with the garage door opener. They helped me reset it over the telephone Mike Keller is fantastic and took really good care of me.

I called Hamilton Garage Door on 19 Feb in the late afternoon/early evening after having discovered that the spring that assists my garage door had snapped in half. Duane was very helpful and took me through the steps of lowering the door safely without damaging anything. Since it was late in the day, his earliest appointment was first thing in the morning on the 20th. He told me the exact amount that would be due for the service and that one of his guys would be there first thing in the morning. The morning of the 20th, Steve arrived and was very polite and courteous. Besides fixing the spring, he also did an assessment on my door (I was told about 6 months ago that I would need to replace the whole door in the next year). He said that the door was fine and didn't need replacing. He showed me a few tips to help keep my door in tip-top shape as well! The price was exactly what was quoted to me and I couldn't be happier with the service and courtesy of Hamilton Garage Door. I'll be using them for all of my garage door needs in the future!

Wow! This company completely lived up to their Angie's List reputation! Our garage door broke a spring Tuesday evening; horrible sound if you've not heard it before. Anyway, found the company on Angie's list and the reviews were screaming "call them!". I left a message that evening and at 6:30 AM the next morning, Wednesday, I received a text from Mike saying that he got my message and they'd get me on the schedule. I text my address back and they said they'd be leaving at 8:15AM to head over to my address. Mike and his colleague arrived right around 9:00 AM. They went immediately to work and within no time had the springs replaced and the garage door working perfectly. I was really impressed with this company. Their responsiveness, use of technology and knowledge were just outstanding. I'd highly recommend them and would hire them again. I can see why they consistently win Angie's List awards.

This was a great experience. Had another garage door company out and I felt that they were trying to take advantage of the situation I was in where my garage door would not open due to broken spring. The other company wanted to charge me $210 plus $51 to replace the broken spring and cable. This is 20 minutes of work. Hamilton Garage door returned my message on a Saturday and came out first thing on Monday. Very nice people to work with. After 10% Angieslist discount, the broken spring repair was only $130 and the cable replacement was FREE (the tech said it is only a $4 wire.) They were in and out in 1/2 hour and were even able to provide me and program an extra garage door opener for $25. This is a great company, very responsive, and excellent prices. It's a father-son business so I wish big businesses would learn that customers will always go with small business for its better prices and better customer servicer.

I called at 8:15 in the morning and left a message on the answering machine. I received a call back within 30 minutes and explained the problem. The service man arrived a 12:30 and completed all work in 1 hour. The serviceman was polite and explained everything thoroughly.

My garage dpoor was frozen shut. I thought it was something more than that and called Hamiltion Garage doors on A. L . recomendation. He came out fixed the door in just a few minutes, gave me some tips on how to avoid that problem in the future and didn't charge me a thing!
