Tim arrived on time, did the work efficiently and correctly. I have used this company 2 or 3 times before over many years and have always gotten excellent service.

They had to come out twice to fix the same thing. Their cleanup was fine.

When our vintage garage door opener failed (after about 22 years), we called for an estimate. They came out within a few hours; we talked over the replacement options; and they came the next day and installed it. We had used this provider in the past--in fact, they installed the old opener, and have also used them for service. They have always been prompt, professional and courteous. They are knowledgable and have competitive prices.

I learned about Hamilton Garage Door Inc. through Angie's list and was impressed with their service reviews and service call discount for Angie's List members. I called in the morning and they were very professional and said they could have a technician arrive that afternoon. They said they would provide a courtesy call when they were on their way. Sure enough, a few hours later Tim called and said he would be arriving in about twenty minutes. The service call was for the repair of a twenty year old broken wall brace that connects the tension spring armature to the wall for a very large, heavy wooden garage door. The previous day I heard the wall brace break and watched the garage door free fall from a foot up...it hit the ground with so much force that I felt fortunate nothing (and nobody) was under it. Tim provided an estimate for the repairs and we authorized the job. He repaired the garage door with a heavy duty walll brace, inspected then reconnected the side cables and tightened the chain for the garage door opener. I expressed concern about the safety for our other garage door (same features) and demonstrated the rough and noisy operation of the other unit. Tim adjusted the tracks and lubricated the rollers for a smooth operation. He recommended increasing the tension of the spring but had concerns that the old, rusty spring could break in the process. I decided that I would rather replace the old spring and asked for an estimate for the additional work. Tim checked to insure they had the proper part in the van (they did) then provided a new estimate. Again, we authorized the work. He replaced the old spring with a heavier duty part and also installed a heavy duty wall brace. He inspected the garage door opener chain (no adjustment needed) and completed the job under budget. Tim took the extra time (way beyond the requirements of the original service call) and efforts to insure our units were safe and I cannot thank Hamilton Garage Doors Inc. enough for doing such a thorough job...he was polite, professional, knowledgable, and very hard working. I would highly recommend Hamilton Garage Door Inc. and would use their services again for any garage door project.

I called 5 different companies. Hamilton Garage Door is the only one that was professional and responded quickly. It worked out for them to come out the same day. They had previously helped my wife and she felt good about the service so we called them again, he was on time today, he got the work done, everything was lubricated and door was quiet.

Called at 8:00 AM and work was complete by 10:30 AM. Professional approach and appearance from both technicians. Took care to assure that car and misc. material in garage were clear to avoid damage. Very pleased with advice to replace dual springs. I had planned on replacing both prior to service based on prior experience with garage door repairs but was not pressured in any way to do so.

Superb is the word I would use for Hamilton Garage Doors. They are accomodating and professional in their work.....when garage doors don't open, especially during a snowstorm, they were very responsive even with the heavy demands on their time. Plus. Duane stayed on the phone with us until we got both cars out in the morning and shut the garage door again until they could arrive. An added benefit is this: Before this service call, we had suffered for several years with a noisy garage door that slammed down and which their competition, after several attempts to remedy, gave up. After using Hamilton Garage Doors, our garage door slides smoothly and silently. Why would you want to use anyone else would be our comment.

My garage door would not go up, so I called Hamilton Garage Door who had fixed a problem i had with my door about one year ago. They were in the neighborhood, and said they could be there in about an hour. They came by and told me my spring broke and they could have it fixed in about 30 minutes. (that would explain the loud bang I had heard about a few hours earlier) Great experience and will definately recommend them to anyone who asks.

Today @ 11:15am I hit my garage door with my car, knocked it off the rails and coiled up the wires. I called around some on Angie's list, this was the 3rd place I called, they were the best price and could come same day. I called them @ 12:55pm, they were here in 20 minutes....it is now 2:11pm and the door has been fixed and I'm writing this review. So in under 3 hours from the accident, my broken door was fixed. Very professional, down to business, above and beyond repair, excellent pricing. These guys just did a unparalleled job. I've been blown away by their work effort. There is a reason they have A ratings by 99% of their customers from Angies list.

I received three bids and they were the cheapest by far for the same make and models. Only glitch was that they ordered the wrong door and had to reorder and reschedule but this did not cause a problem for me. They even gave a discount for the error.

Told me we only needed spring (yea!) and the came out promptly and were done in the amount of time they told me. Very good service. Will use again.

They are always super efficient since I have been here. They have done great things for us. They are always very courteous and they come out very quickly. I do not have to wait two days for them to be out here. They are local and I like to support local companies. They are professional. They did a good job quickly. It appeared to be well because we had somebody come over and check it afterwards. They seem to be pretty good. I have used them for the last 13 years. I definitely keep on going back to them and would definitely continue to use them in the future if necessary.

My garage door wouldn't shut, it just kept bouncing back up and making horrible noises. They came out the next days and adjusted the door, the laser sensors, brackets and something else. This is the third time I've called them (obvi I have a POS door) because they're so responsive, friendly and professional.

Closed on new home Christmas Eve morning at 9:00 AM. Talked with Duane Keller and he was happy to come out that morning and do the installation. Job was completed before we could get home and Duane called me to let me know he was finished. He said he would wait for me to arrive so he could review the operation of the system. I really appreciated him waiting for me especially with it being Christmas Eve and very cold outside. The garage door opener he installed is so quiet and works great. I appreciate his kindness and great work ethic. His price for the system was very fair. I would definitely recommend him for any work needed on garage doors. He is very prompt on returning phone messages and shows up on time.
