This provider is the best. What a wonderful experience. Our garage door spring broke in two pieces and the cables came off the tracks. The door was so heavy-we couldn't lift it by ourselves. We contacted Hamilton garage doors and they came promptly. Their experience, expertise made short work of this repair in less than 15 minutes. They arrived when they said, very punctual and professional. We expected to have to replace the whole door/operator however after an assessment of the equipment, happy to hear everything was fine in good working order. Very, very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work. I'm telling everybody I know if they need work/repair for their garage door-to contact Hamilton Garage Doors.

These guys are great. Called on Thursday evening after 6pm and rec'd a return call to show up the next morning by 8:30am. Showed up promptly and was done within 25 minutes. Very professional and very nice. Use these guys!

Could not ask for better service. They were contacted in the AM, and were at my door before 1pm. The work was completed quickly, and they even did a quick fix of the weather strip at the base of the door. I will be directing any future needs for garage door repair/replacement to these guys. Great. When we came home from a trip, we noticed that the garage door closed very unevenly. Called, and they came later the same day, and fixed everything up.

Excellent service. The spring broke at 10:30 at night. I called at 8:05 and they had the spring replaced by 9:45 that same morning. Highly recommend!

They really blew me away, we called in the morning and by mid-day they were at our house and quickly fixed the problem. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and fixed exactly what our issue was - I was thrilled and so was my husband when he got home and saw everything working so well. On top of all of this the service professional who came to our home couldn't have been nicer. Very pleased and will definitely use them again!

AVAILABILITY This place opens at six o'clock AM to match customer needs. PROMPTNESS Same day service. Arrived earlier than estimated and saved the day (and even the morning) from being wasted. PERSONNEL Came with enough folks to lift the door, came with the right tools, and thoroughly analyzed the situation before taking action. They were very experienced with even unusual repairs such as mine. HONESTY These guys could have drug the job out, but fixed it quickly despite being paid by the hour. Didn't try to increase scope when asked about his opinion regarding other aspects of the door. PRICE Unbelievably low price for the work performed. Sometimes you are totally at the mercy of the repairman, and this was one of those times. It was a huge relief to have an experienced, knowledgable, honest, and fast repairman. My Dad used to say it takes one level of worker to build something and a higher level of workman to repair what was built.

Duane and his team did a great job for us. They came out the same day that I called an provided a quote for services. They were prompt, courteous, cleaned up and removed all the damaged panels. They tested the guidance system and made sure the door opened and closed properly. They fixed all the trim pieces and everything looks great!

Replaced 2 garage door springs for me. Called at 8AM, showed up around 9:30, job complete at 10AM. Huge help that they could respond so quickly to fix the issue.

I called for an appointment on the morning of the 7th, thinking that they would not be able to schedule a service call for at least a few days. To my surprise - and delight - they had a technician there within an hour. Tim did the work quickly and professionally in about 30 minutes. He also oiled the door and tightened up a few loose screws to make sure everything was working properly. When it came time to pay the bill, he gave me the Angie's List discount without me even saying a word about being a member. I could not be happier with this company and would recommend them to anyone who is having garage door issues.

A call, even to say they couldn't make it would have been nice.

I contacted Hamilton Garage Doors and received a return call the same day. I explained that my garage door was catching on something and the opener was not able to pull up the door. They set an appointment for the following morning to determine the problem. He arrived on time and after confirming what my problem was with the garage door he started. It only took a few minutes to determine the problem was the old garage settling which as a result the garage door was hitting the bracket holding the garage door mechanism. So he cut away the bracket part, which wasn't needed. Checking to make sure the problem was solved he advised me the chain wasn't moving which meant a gear was worn or broken. He said that was an easy fix and he could take care of it while he was there. Since the opener has been installed since 1995 I wasn't surprised. He quickly fixed it and brought me the old gear which was completely frayed (plastic wheel). I told him I would follow up with him in the fall to do general maintenance since it hasn't been done for a few years. He told me that he went ahead and did it while he was there. I had a surprised after he left because I noticed the light on the door opener was working again and he didn't even mention he had taken care of that too. I will definitely use this company again for any issues with my garage opener or door.

I felt compelled to write this review due to the outstanding professionalism shown to me today by serviceman Tim at Hamilton garage doors. I called this morning regarding two garage doors that would not open. I could hear the motor running and see the chain moving but the doors were not going up. Tim arrived a couple of hours later after finishing up another job. He quickly assessed the situation and hooked the two doors up. They were moving again. He also saw that the lights were out on them and proceeded to work on them as well. While working on one of the lights, the circuitry in the opener blew. The door would no longer go up and down. The system was shot. Much to my surprise Tim took full responsibility for the failure as it had happened while he was working on it. He replaced the entire system..free of charge!!!! Not once did he blame the system or try to suggest I should be responsible. He was calm, respectful and most importantly, he took responsibility!..something that is in short supply these days. I would definitely use them again!

We have used Hamilton Garage door for many years. Their service, product and responsiveness are hard to beat. On this occasion I called Duane Keller, owner of Hamilton Garage Door on Monday morning. He was at my home within an hour to show me the products that he offered and what he recommended. We have a new grandchild in our family and wanted a garage door opener that would reverse to fully open if it sensed something crossing its obstacle-sensing beam. Duane recommended the Linear 800 series garage door for its many features and whisper quiet operation. We could not be more pleased with his recommendation. A new digital pad for $19.00 was included in the total cost of $365.00. When we have garage door needs, I never consider using any other company but Hamilton Garage Door. Their customer service along with outstanding products makes the job of choosing the right garage door company very easy.

Great! They open easily, they are quiet. Only 1 of the 3 can we faintly hear while indoors. No longer a loud buzzing when operating our garage doors... now just a slight "track" clacky sound. These open from a long distance so my wife and I are very happy.

I went with them because of their reviews on Angie's List. They were really honest about things and explained the problem. They looked at other things that needed to be done and did them without adding a lot of extra costs.

I called them around 4 PM to fix my garage door that I had broken. Tim arrived within an hour and had the door repaired shortly after he arrived. Checked the door to make sure everything was working properly and also lubed it. I appreciated the quick service and the fact that he also lubed the door in addition to repairing it.

Excellent. I received a call back within a few hours. That was a late Tuesday afternoon and we had our new garage door system within 48 hours. The team was kind and respectful and did great work. We can hardly hear our garage door when we use it now. Great job, and I highly recommended them!
