Excellent, they didn't have the part so they returned later in pm and finished the repair. Courteous, professional and punctual.

Our garage door would open at which point I discovered a spring had broken. I called Hamilton Garage Doors first thing the next morning, and they were able to come out that same afternoon to fix it. They replaced the broken spring and I had them replace the other spring (knowing it was the same age and probably ready to break) on our double garage door. They also lubricated the door and replaced a broken door wheel at no extra charge. I was happy with their responsiveness, price, professionalism, and work quality. I will call them again when needed, and I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time we've used their company. They called in the morning to explain what time we could expect them and called again to ask if they could come a little earlier since their previous job was completed. Good communication and always nice when you can talk to the owner and they come out to the job. I felt their pricing was very reasonable and was happy with the work. We would definitely use their services again. Even recommended putting mothballs around our garage door so we don't get anymore chipmunks locked in and then chew up the weather strip trying to get out.

The experience was excellent. He was when he said he was. He did the job quickly and it was fixed beautifully. I have no complaints whatsoever. I chose them over the others because probably of the proximity to me. He was very polite and courteous. He did make any kind of mess, he cleaned up the garage. It has been really good.

I called for service on 3/9/15 and they were able to come out to do the work the very next day. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way (I always appreciate that), worked quickly and explained that there would be a gap where my concrete garage floor was cracked and had sunk a little. I had expected that, and was pleasantly surprised that there was actually much less of a gap than I had anticipated. Three days later, after cleaning the garage and very likely hitting the sensors for the opener with a broom, I couldn't get the garage door to close. After checking all I knew to do, I called Hamilton for help. He did some trouble shooting over the phone, explained how to get the garage door down & said they'd be out the next day. They just left here after doing a simple adjustment & declined to charge for their service, even though I explained that the malfunction was entirely my fault. WOW! I think that's pretty incredible service! I'm very happy to provide this review & will also recommend them to my friends.

These guys are awesome! I called at 2:00. I went out to leave and my garage door would not go up because the spring was broke. My car was stuck in the garage and I could not lift the door. They got here in 20 minutes, fixed it in 15 minutes and I was off to get the kids from school all in less than 1 hour. Freaking amazing service.

I think I got them on Angie’s List. They were out here within a couple of hours of my phone. They were professional and quick, and got the job done. They knew what they were doing.

Placed a service call at 8:30am, agreed on a 2pm appointment same day. Two men came 15 minutes early, and it took them about 20 minutes to finish the job. Had used their service before about 2 years ago on replacing gear & sprocket. they were prompt and professional. would use them again in future if need garage door services.

We called Hamilton Garage Doors and they were very informative and upfront about the cost. They arrived quickly after our call and were extremely polite and unobtrusive. I hardly knew they were on my property. They worked very quickly and had my garage door running perfectly in no time! It was one of the best experiences with a home repair that we've ever had. I called Hamilton Garage Doors on Friday AM, and they told me they could come after 1PM....the same day. That was good because one car (mine) had to sit out as I had gotten home late on Thursday night. They actually got done with another job earlier than expected and called me to see if they could come early.....and I said sure and met them at my house at noon. Both were very knowledgeable and professional and did an outstanding job....fast! They were done in 45 minutes and checked out everything. The price was very reasonable and their website was advertising a special of 15% off the labor charge, which they gave me.

Everything went very well. The technicians called ahead, showed up on time, quickly determined the problem and had everything done in about 20 minutes. Very professional and great attitudes.

They came right out. They didn't upsell us. They literally just repaired what we needed. The end cost was less than the estimate they gave us over the phone since they anticipated having to replace more than one spring.

Tim and Jim came out on Christmas Eve to fix a broken spring. The door was a bit more challenging than expected, but they guys went straight to work without a complaint. They also found an excessively worn gear assembly on the opener, which was probably caused by an undersized spring originally installed with the door. (The original installer was NOT Hamilton Garage Door.) A properly sized spring was installed and the gear assembly was replaced in about an hour. The gentlemen were very professional and courteous, and the work was very reasonably priced. Hamilton Garage Door has all of our future business.

Excellent. Provider arrived within about an hour after I called and had our door fixed in no time. They are polite, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them.

We called on Thursday, got appt for Friday ~1PM, showed up on time, replaced both springs, no worries. While he was here we, also asked about replacing our intermittent keypad. He replaced our keypad for $40 w/no additional service changes. Yup. One happy camper. It's nice to work with quality repairmen. I would recommend them in a Carmel second!

Called in the morning and they were at my house within 2 hours. Very punctual and the price was fair. No secret surcharges or trip visit charges either!! Replaced the spring and the garage door is working again. Price was lower than normal due to an Angie's List special. Highly recommend.

Perfect! They came and replaced the 27 yr old overhead garage door springs. I was expecting them to try to talk me into replacing the entire opener since it was 27 years old. They actually told me that there was no need at this time if it was working properly. They also said that the opener that I had, even though it was 27 years old was an excellent opener and not to replace it at this time. They were efficient and timely. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again when my opener finally gives out. Great job!!!

I noted a broken spring on my garage door opener one morning as I tried to leave for work. I have used this service provider in the past so I left a voice mail message for a repair need about 6:30am. He returned my call within the hour. He was at my home at 11am for the repair work. I was at work when he arrived to my home so he called me with the estimate for the repair work. He offered to repair the other spring as well since it had been a long time since the opener had been serviced. He was very professional and cordial. The garage door works better than ever! It is quiet and the light is so nice to have working again during the dark hours of the night.

Door broke on Saturday so we called and left a msg. We didn't hear back but on Sunday night owner called and said he had been out of town and just got our message. He said he had a lot of calls but would be here late morning on Monday. The service tech called and was here by noon. Door was fixed in approximately 20 min. Very professional.

Everything went great! I was worried that the garage door opener had a major problem but after they looked at it, they found that a bearing had gone out and could be replaced. The technician said the opener was in good shape otherwise and recommended the lower cost option of fixing it instead of replacing the entire opener. The only real problem was that I forgot to mention that we're Angie's List members and we may have missed a discount on the repair.

I called Duane on 11/3 to ask about getting a garage door opener installed. He immediately told me about what kinds of garage doors he can have installed. After we decided on what opener we wanted, he scheduled me for 11/4 first thing in the morning. I received a call from Tim at 8:30 am letting me know he was on the way to our house. Within an hour he was done, had everything ready to go and was out. These guys really know how to do a great job. If we have any issues with our garage door, these guys will be the first we call!
