Work went very well. Duane was very professional and prompt in returning phone calls. Work was done when promised and installation went as planned. New door fit like a glove. They did an excellent job of installing the new door, removing and disposing of the old door and leaving the work area clean. This is the third time I've use Duane and Hamilton Garage Door for maintenance (and in this case replacement) of my garage door and have been impressed with their service each time.

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday. We called Monday morning and they had it fixed by 10:30.

Went very well. Nothing wrong with opener except broom in track which they located immediately. Had them go ahead and service opener. The service techs were clean, professional yet friendly. Did not laugh when they discovered the broom in the track. I would highly recommend this company. Intend to call them back at a later time to replace the garage door.

I called them on Sunday and they were here on Monday morning as promised. Furthermore they told me if I wanted someone to come out on Sunday they would have referred me to a company that does emergency calls. I appreciated that. When they came on Monday morning they were here less than 30 minutes and the problem was taken care of. They also gave me an Angie's List discount. They did everything I expected and I was glad it was at a reasonable cost.

Jim arrived on time the day after we called for repair. He adviced to replace the other spring in addition to the one that broke so they would work well with same tension. The work was finished in less than an hour as promised and materials are guaranteed for 3 years. He was very polite and professional.

Service provider was very timely in response, was able to schedule in a timely and helpful fashion. Fit into my schedule well. Called ahead as promised. Work took a very short time. Guys were very helpful and informative.

Contacted HGD at 7:30 am the day after our garage door broke. They told me they would get to us that morning - they arrived at 11:30 and left at 11:50. The guys were courteous, professional, and quick. I'm choosing to proactively replace our opener (it is 16 years old) because the guys at HGD are honest, professional, and their prices are more than reasonable. Hopefully I won't need garage door service for a long time, but if I do I'm calling HGD.

Provider came out and had to order a circuit board so he did not charge me for the visit. This team continues to please me with the level or care and consideration they give their customers. They have gone above my expectations several times. For example, it was snowing very hard last year and the owner did not want my garage door stuck open over the weekend, so he came out after hours on a Friday night, and fixed it and only charged me $90. The other company I used to use would have charged me twice that amount plus an emergency fee, or more likely, come out the following week. I have used Hamilton Garage Door ever since and have recommended them to friends who were very pleased with the service. Tim and Jim even made sure both my garage door bulbs worked after fixing the one door (we have two doors) the lights were off my radar. What a difference these guys make. I recommend them highly and happily.

From the owner to the repairmen, everyone in this company is concerned with the quality of service they provide. Service was professional and quick, and they used quality materials for replacing the weatherstrip. The repairmen noticed one of the ceiling hangers had dislodged and expertly secured it - and then checked the other side to make sure it was ok. All replaced materials were cleaned up and removed, and they even took the time to show me how to lubricate the door hinges and rollers myself. The price of the tune-up was extremely competitive ($89.00), and the price of materials was very fair. I couldn't have been more pleased.

They left 10 mins ago but we tested the garage door a dozen times. Works like it did before. Lubricated areas that wld ensure the door to roll up and down well. Very professional and polite.

I called the provided at 7:25 (even though they were listed as opening till 7:30!!) and spoke with the representative. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done after just a few moments of me explaining the problem. A team was sent out and arrived two hours after the call. By around 10am the garage door was working! I was very impressed with this company and they are now my go-to resource for any future garage door issues.

Hamilton Garage Doors is the most honest, Christain company I have ever dealt with being a homeowner. They saved me $400.00 from the franchise competitor. They replace what's broken and repaired what could be repaired. The "other" company wanted to replace everything therefore driving the price and labor up. Hamilton quotes honest, true prices. When you pay them, you are really paying them...not all the hidden fees that other companies charge. I was charged 139.00 for my repair but gave an extra 35.00 in tip. I would refer them to anyone in a heartbeat!

We have 2 garage doors. The spring broke and the cables snapped on one of the doors. Called Hamilton Garage Doors in the morning and Tim came to our home in the afternoon. He replaced the spring and 2 cables. He then serviced the entire door opening mechanism. He inspected the second door and found the cable shredding. We discussed and agreed that he should replace the 2 cables on that door. He then lubricated the relevant parts on that door. He was efficient and knew exactly what to do.The cost was reasonable and he was neat. I will definitely call them again if I have problems with the garage doors.

The owner was present when the work was done. He ensured that the installation was perfect. Without being requested to do so and without additional charges, he put new weather-stripping around the door opening. Included in the installation were new rollers and hinges. The work was very professionally done. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result. The owner's price was very competitive with another company who we had contacted for an estimate. What I loved most was that the price remained the same as what he had quoted. We chose to have windows installed with a cascade design.

After checking Angie's List, I called Hamilton Garage Door and explained my problem. None of our remotes would open the door but the button by the door would work. My husband believed it to be the board. It would be $120 to order a new board and if that was not the problem, we could not return it. Since the opener was 18 years old, we decided to have a professional take a look and maybe just replace it. When I called Hamilton Garage Door, he said he had guys in the area and they could be at our house in 45 minutes. They were. The problem was indeed the board, but he had an old used board from an opener they had replaced. He put it in. He obviously did not charge for that because as he said it may work for 1 day or for another 10 years. He only charged for the service call. This bought us some time to decide what we want to do and we were able to get into our garage within 2 hours of making a phone call!

It went pretty good. They replace the spring but another problem came up with that so they came back and made some adjustments. Then about a week later the door wouldn't operate. It was cold in March so when I called Hamilton Garage back they came immediately and did some more adjustments on the door. Happily, I can say that the door hasn't given us any problems since! Thanks for another great job done!

Great service, great experience. They were prompt. They were here only here about 15-20 mins and were on their way. I called them that morning and they arrive the same day just before noon.

We had a garage door that was not opening and closing consistently. They checked it and determined that it was the circuit board in the opener. They had to order the part, but said that it should arrive in a week. While there they also checked both doors and oiled everything. The part arrived exactly when they said it would. They installed it and re-programmed everything. They were courteous and kept me informed throughout the process.

Their service was fine. It is 50-50 if we are going to use them again in the future.

The crew showed up to change the spring with in three hours of me calling them. They offered to change both springs at the same time for the cost of the additional part only. They were not pushy they just offered me the choice. They worked quickly and cleanly and did a great job.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I contacted them on Monday and by Wednesday afternoon all work was complete. Very thorough and all installation and product were delivered as described. We had two very old garage door openers go out at almost the same time. They replaced the old chain drive openers with belt drive and updated the keyless entry. We are very happy with everything they did.
