Keith Put a flyer in our mailbox with a mowing estimate. He did not look at our large back yard and underbid the job. We offered to pay him MORE than his estimate for weekly service because it seemed too low for the size of our yard. He said he'd honor his bid. We stressed to him how important customer service was to us because our former mowing service never returned phone calls or responded to e-mails in a timely fashion. Keith assured us he was all about customer service. Keith has not come to mow on the same day of the week more than once and it has been 11 days since he last mowed. We never know when or if he will show and 11 days ago he showed up on a Sunday. We have had to call repeatedly asking for him to please mow soon because our lawn is so long and for consistent mowing service on the same day every week. He always has some excuse for not showing up. He assures us he's "caught up" and has "figured it out" but nothing has changed. He seems like a nice guy but he's misleading at best. He does not have his act together at ALL.
