+ 0 moreThanks to the talent, creativity and comprehensive approach of GMG Architects, we have the custom designed "modernist" master bathroom we dreamed of, solved a list of nagging problems with our 1937 home, and stayed on budget. We plan to hire Glenn's firm again to lead our next design and home improvement project.
Description of Work: Their services included architectural design, home performance, project management, and estimating for a master bathroom remodel, and other miscellaneous improvements throughout the house. These improvements included (1) insulating the exterior walls, attic and basement walls (2) removing an obsolete whole house fan system, (3) new three prong outlets vs old two prong, (4), enlarging closets in two bedrooms, (5) additional interior/exterior lighting, (6) new door hardware, (7) fixing water damage in the basement and (8) restoration of two leaky exterior doors.
