We have used them for yearly/bi-yearly indoor and outdoor insect/spider prevention and control, as well as outdoor mice prevention and control and very effective carpenter bee extermination. Highly recommend! Also, super easy to schedule and work with! Also, the price is extremely reasonable for the quality of work. Big companies are charging for advertising, but G&G puts all of its resources at quality of service, and not overcharging.

They have always been willing and able to schedule times that work best for us and are always on time. I highly recommend them!

Everything went perfect and I would definitely use them again and actually I did purchase another Big Deal to further treat for termites. They were great.

+ -1 moreOnce I reminded him to come he responded quickly and did an good job on my house. He emailed suggestions to correct some things to keep the termites down. He was a little slow initially but due to the wet spring I do not fault him at all. Over I am very happy with his work. I would also recommend him to anyone who needs to get their house treated for termites.

Description of Work: Eric does a fantastic job. He is job site demeanor puts you at ease instantly. He is efficient in his work which usually takes about 30 minutes or so. The chemicals he uses are pet a baby safe. All in all we have been using him for 3 years now and recommend to anyone who is need of his service.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal I purchased and the deal was for Preventative Interior & Exterior Pest Treatment + Bonus Termite Deal. This Offer Included: Extensive interior treatment for all general pests; Exterior treatment for potential pest entry points; Complete exterior power spray treatment. Due to the fact the treatment needed to happen when it was dry, I had to reschedule a couple times to work around spring showers. Eric was very accommodating, in fact he called me to reschedule one of the times as the forecast was for heavy rains. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He even said if I see any issues, especially since I have had a spring ant issue, to give him a call and he'd come back and spread some gel as part of the service.

+ -1 moreThe person arrived on time and did the job. He took his shoes off when in the house. He acted in a professional manner. The only issue I had was that previous companies sprayed insecticide in the crawl spaces of the house. This person said it was unnecessary to spray in the crawl spaces since he treated around the outside of the house. I didn't press the issue as I assumed that he knew what he was speaking about. I just thought it odd that previous pest control companies did spray in the crawl space areas.
Description of Work: The person sprayed liquid insect killer in the house and put granular insect killer around the exterior of the house.
