+ -1 moreThey responded right away, as far as I know. They were polite, courteous, and polite. If they weren't we would be going back. We returned to them because we liked the quality of product and the service previously.

Franklin Window and Door take pride in the their products and installation, which is what you expect when buying top of the line Marvin windows and doors. They were the highest quote we received but when comparing to Anderson and Pella we felt they were better quality and fit for our custom application and the warranty on Marvin products is outstanding. We would definitely use them again for future work.
Description of Work: Replaced exterior windows and doors at back of house with Marvin ultimate products.
