They were very efficient and timely. They helped guide us thru the process of redoing our basement. They did exactly what they said they would do, and they always explained their thought processes.

We hired Forey Contruction to finish our basement, which was studs and concrete. The basement had previously been finished, but was destroyed by water damage. Given the chance to re-do it, we opted to tear down some walls previously built and expand the living space in one area. We interviewed 5 different companies and chose Forey based on cost and customer service. Chris and Steve were great to work with. When it came time to demo the previous rooms, they pulled the discarded wood through the basement window to avoid dragging the mess through the house. I found that to be both efficient and considerate. With the exception of the drywall and laying the carpet, the two of them did the whole job themselves. When they brought in sub-contractors to do the drywall and carpet, Chris and/or Steve were onsite. They were not thrown off by last minute requests (ie, can you add an outlet here?) and were very personable. Communication with them was easy and consistent. They were considerate and personable. While the drywall phase was happening in our basement, we hired them to do small repairs and painting in several other rooms in the house. They did a terrific job in every space we asked them to work on. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Extremely professional, hard working, and detailed contractors. We had a multiple week, multiple room renovation that we used them for. Each and every day they showed up on time, organized, and ready to tackle the job at hand. They provided us with a detailed layout of and description of all of the items we wanted done. This included; removing a load bearing wall, replacing an old bay window, installing new hardwood floors, moving electrical and plumbing to accommodate a new kitchen layout, and installing new dry-wall. Throughout each step they kept us informed on what they were doing, how much it was going to cost and what the time frame for completion was. There was no confusion on payment and there no "gotcha" type of costs included. Everything was explained perfectly in detail. My wife and I have dealt with a number of other contractors throughout our other home renovations and none of them compared to Forey Construction. In addition to the perfect work that they provided, they were also very courteous and flexible when we decided to change things up mid- project. They were able to easily adapt to our new demands and knew exactly how to handle the new tasks. Another important note is that we also felt very comfortable leaving them at our house alone while we were at work because they are a hard-working, ethical group of contractors that we trusted. We have recommended them to other family and friends within the area, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work. We simple cannot say enough about how great they are to work with.

Chris and Steve were polite, listened to us and gave us accurate estimates for the work performed. They were very experienced, did a great job with our new decks and painting the exterior of our house. They exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.

Chris and Steve replaced 3 toilets, tiled 2 bathroom floors, replaced a bathtub, tiled a shower wall, and installed new plumbing fixtures and a bathroom fan in our home. They worked quickly and were done within the estimated time frame. They left a surprisingly clean workspace at the end of each day, sweeping and vacuuming all the dust every day. They were very courteous and always willing to take time to answer questions and make things exactly the way we wanted. Chris was very responsive to phone calls and texts. The work was done well and everything looks really great. We are very happy with the finished product.

The guys did an excellent job on our wood flooring, painting and a few other miscellaneous projects. They completed the projects in a timely manner and for a very fair price.

We hired Forey Construction to build a covered pergola over our concrete porch to provide shade for the afternoon sun. They were super easy to work with and Chris was great at communicating with us via email, which was most convenient for us. They were very fair on price and did a fabulous job making our vision a reality for our backyard. We found their honesty, professionalism, and work ethic to be a wonderful change of pace after several construction projects over the years that did not go well. Forey Construction did very fast and very good job on kitchen floor. They installed proceleien flooring in my kitchen and bath room. They were always on time. They finish the work in days they quote me. I will highly recommend them

We hired Steve and Chris Forey to finish the basement and garage of our house and remodel one of the smaller rooms in the house and some additional miscellaneous work. They did an excellent job with all projects. They showed exemplary professionalism, quality, timeliness in all their work. They suggested great remodeling ideas to complement the remodeling vision we had in mind. The design blueprint that they provided before starting the work gave us a clear idea of what to expect. Their pricing was reasonable. They communicated with us throughout all phases of the projects giving us regular updates and answering all our questions. We highly recommend them for any handymen or remodeling work. In fact, we’re hiring them again to build a fence in our back yard.

Steve and Chris Forey are very organized and always on time. Their quotes are fair and did not go over. They gutted 2 bathrooms and removed a cast iron bathtub, tiled the floors and shower. They plumbed the bathrooms and did all the electrical. They dry- walled a new ceiling in another room. I can't wait to have them back for the basement. Very polite Father and Son Team!!! Steve and Chris did a fantastic job. When others said "NO" to our ideas, these guys said "YES". We had some challenging penny tile that needed installing in a tricky spot and they made my ideas work! These guys did the work in two days and cleaned up very well. They were very polite and answered all our questions. I would definitely hire them again!

I have used Forey Construction for over 18 years. They built a beautiful screened porch and built out our unfinished lower level -two of our favorite places in the house. As a "customer" they have come make numerous times for smaller projects. They have become like family to us. Quality workmanship, clean up at the end of each workday, kind and courteous, and all project within budget. I would obviously highly recommend them to anyone.

We hired Steve and Chris (father/son team) for a bathroom remodel. They were professional, polite, and accommodating. They provided a thorough description of the work to be performed with their estimate. Work included gutting old bathroom, installing new shower base, tiling shower walls and bathroom floor, and setting vanity. We are very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

Chris and Steve were prompt, courteous and responsive. They did high quality work on our ceramic tile kitchen backsplash for what I'd consider an average cost. We will be hiring them again for some other tile projects we have planned.
