Description of Work: I can not remember exactly the date of service but it was some time in 2009. We met Bryan the owner at a home show and really liked him. He was friendly and seemed very professional and sincere. Him and an employee came and foamed our entire house. We really were happy with the job. The problems have come after the work was finished. We made several appointments with Bryan to come back out and do some scanning to see how efficient the work is. We met up with him just about a month ago at the Indianapolis Home Show and he made an appointment to come out to the house to check out how things are going. He never showed up for the appointment and never called. I left him a voice message and for almost 2wees I did not hear back from him. I finally got a phone call and he said his friend passed away and that he would come out on Monday for the appointment. Well Mon. came and went without him showing up and no phone call. I again called and left a message to my disappointment and that he needed to contact my husband. Well that was 2 weeks ago and no call from him. Honestly I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone and in fact I would discourage anyone from using them. It is unfortunate b/c the product is great but the service is awful.

+ -1 moreThey are a new company. They've had some problems, but there crew was extremely enthusiastic and really got the job done when I called for it. I believe the longer the company exists they will only keep getting better.

+ -1 moreIf I would have used this company it would have cost me a fortune down the road to rip out the drywall/cement board and pull out all of the old Sealection 500 to have it resprayed. I spoke with the factory rep for the product and he informed me that he had never heard of these guys and that they were not authorized to rep this product. He informed me that often companies will write up a product like Sealection 500 for the name and then use an inferior product. Regardless, he stated the Sealection 500 was not appropriate for the pool room and he recommend Heatlok Soy. I will not use this company and have found other disturbing problems in their proposals and conversations to me which prevents me from trusting this company with my renovation.
Description of Work: I met the Foam Xperts at the Indianapolis Home & Garden show and asked for them to provide a quote on spray foam insulation of an indoor swimming pool room of about 1600 sq. ft. They came out after the show and took measurements. I stressed the importance that I needed a closed cell foam for this project. They quoted me a product called Sealection 500 which according to the Sealection website is an open cell foam. I wrote back to Bryan Kuhn to clarify this and he responded that he misquoted me and that he would supply the closed cell Sealection 500 product. The problem is that there is NO closed cell Sealection 500. Further, this company isn't an authorize agent, distributor or installer for the Sealection 500 product!

+ 0 moreFoam Xperts appeared to be a very new company, which was still trying to get off the ground. I did not actually ask how old the company was, but from all indication they appeared to be still building. What impressed me was that every new problem we found the employees handled it. They consulted with me on every new change. We both learned about my residence during the project. I picked the company from the product that they were using. The demonstrations were impressive. And even at this time it appears to be performing the way they stated. It will not be until after winter before I could give you my judgment. For that is the reason I bought the product. I do not know what other resources this company has, but from what I have seen there is great potential in the company at this time. This is a company for those who like dealing with people who try to work with you. I believe as time goes on they will only get better.
Description of Work: They installed a water base foam from the outside of the residence. They had to remove the vinyl siding & some holes where drilled into brick a interior wall was also done.
