+ -1 moreThe designer Deborah was professional, timely, and effective at problem-solving. She worked effectively with us and the contractor. The design has in fact been very good and the cabinets look very good and perform well. One defect was in a couple of cabinets which one raises up. These doors however didn't have hinges that would keep them open. Deborah did f/u w/the maker and the contractor worked to resolve this and the cabinets work great now.
Description of Work: Created a laundry room renovation design and was the distributor for custom made cabinets.

+ -1 moreExcept for one small hiccup, it was fine. I called a number of places around town, as LEDs are quite pricey. Ferguson was one of the two with the lowest prices for exactly the same order and were much closer. The order arrived without the two power cords (the hiccup), but Deb got on it and had the power cords delivered to my house promptly. It's hard to see LEDs on display, but Deb put me in touch with John, the local Kichler rep, who came to my house with a few LED strips and showed me. Overall, very impressive.
Description of Work: I bought LED lights for a kitchen remodeling I'm doing.
