ERA Real Estate Links

Description of Work: My real estate agent, Eric Heuer, with The Heuer Group, and Real Estate Links did an outstanding job from Day One. I was selling my home by myself, which was a first, but I never felt that I was doing it alone. Eric, his team, and all of the wonderful people at REL walked me through everything and always made sure that I was comfortable with the entire process. Services were provided that I would otherwise never have known where to begin looking for them.

Description of Work: My husband and I moved from Nashville to Indianapolis in order for him to take a new job. We started the spring of 2012 working with Glenn Davis of ERA in Carmel. Once we knew we were relocating, we started checking out the real estate market here. I discovered the website for ERA Real Estate Links while searching for information on the market. I liked their website so much I established an account with them. The next day after I did that, I received a telephone call from Glenn. I was impressed with Glenn from the first time I talked with him and my husband and I confirmed this when we finally met the first time with Glenn. After that first meeting, Glenn was always available to answer our questions and check up on houses we were interested in. He also was very honest with us on whether a certain house would be a good house to buy or whether we should move on because of problems the house had.

Description of Work: I was connected with ERA through my Employer after accepting a position in the Indianapolis area. Relocation is stressful, and difficult, however Amy McIntyre and ERA made my entire relocation much smoother and a positive experience overall. I began working with Amy over a year ago. My wife and I came to Indy in anticipation of our move. Amy showed us many different parts of the city and many options to move for temporary housing. Amy is punctual, professional, and patient. She is honest and trustworthy. She assisted in finding a real estate agent to list our home out of state, she handled many of the details of our move into temporary housing. When we had issues with our temporary housing, once phone call to Amy was all that it took to set things right again. Amy and her team called the apartment management and negotiated service recovery and rent terms we could live with. When our home sold this spring, we began looking for a permanent home with Amy McIntyre. Amy spent time listening to our needs and desires, and did complete home searched within our parameters. She asked the appropriate questions to get to know what we wanted in a home. ERA also has a great search engine that was set up for us with updates, new listings, etc. all tailored to our parameters. We looked at a variety of options, and Amy was extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire experience. The relocation was difficult to move from family and friends especially for my wife, and Amy was sensitive to that. I felt that we had a true advocate in the entire process. We ended up deciding on the PERFECT home for us. Amy was our advocate in the negotiation process, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted and more! Amy also supported us through inspection, financing, walk through, and closing. I appreciated all of the extra time that Amy spent with us, and at all times made us feel like we were the #1 priority, even though the agency is certainly very busy. Amy was also an excellent communicator, was prompt at returning messages, checked in with us on a regular basis, and gave us all information necessary to make an informed decision. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy and ERA to anyone, and would not hesitate in using Amy McIntyre again in the future. I would refer any family, friend, or co-worker to Amy.

Description of Work: We recently purchased a house in the Carmel area and relocated from Vermont. Scott Uebele was our realtor. Scott is simply an OUTSTANDING realtor. He is very knowledgeable, very responsive, approachable, friendly and professional. Scott helped ensure we were looking at houses that were good values, solid investments, appropriately priced and well built. He listened very carefully to what we were looking for, what we needed/wanted and made sure these were the houses we looked at. He did not waste our time trying to have us look at houses outside of our budget/price range or houses that did not meet our needs/wants. As the buyers, we did not pay Scott's commission.
