Description of Work: REPAIRED WATER FLOW PROBLEM ON MAYTAG NEPTUNE WASHER QUICKLY. HE WAS PREPARED TO ALSO FIX TWO MINOR PROBLEMS ON GE DISHWASHER. INSTEAD, HE FOUND THAT IT WAS LEAKING BECAUSE OF SOAP RESIDUE ON THE SUBFLOORING UNDER THE DISHWASHER. WE REPLACED THE DISHWASHER, BUT IT NEEDS TO BE NOTED THAT HIS SHARPNESS IN DETECTING THIS PROBLEM SAVED US POTENTIALLY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN HOME DAMAGE. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL!
