Description of Work: I called Ducan Service Repair to set an appointment for service work on some kitchen appliances. I set an appointment for one of their service techs to come out . We needed the fan, attached to the range, repaired so that it would rise and recess from the counter top. We also needed the fan for the oven repaired and the ice dispenser for the refrigerator repaired. The service that could be repaired without replacement parts was completed at the frist appointment (4/21/10). The repair needing repalcement parts was completed 4/28/10. GREAT WORK PROFESSIONALLY PERFORMED AT A REALISTIC PRICE.

Great! Very Professionsal!
Description of Work: Repaired Dacor oven and Thermador stove. Called ahead to get model numbers to be better prepared. Also gave a hint on a dishwasher that had went haywire over Christmas. Their hint made it work and there was "no charge". They did a great job! I will definately use again!

Very good experience!

Description of Work: Dryer quit drying. The repairman diagnosed the problem. Initially I had thought it was an igniter, since this item failed to operate when entering the drying cycle. The repairman checked the igniter, and determined it was OK. He tracked the problem to a thermal switch that had failed (after > 10 years). He had to go to a parts location to get a new thermal switch and installed it. We cleaned out the lint and accumulated material from the dryer internal ducting. The repairman cleaned out the external ducting and went outside the house to check the airflow thru the vent exit to insure there was no blockage. Been working since-about 3 weeks and hope to have many years of service from the dryer.

Description of Work: My whirlpool washer was stuck on one cycle and would complete task. I called Whirlpool's 800 # and they called Duncan. He turned some of the dials and it was fixed! It had something to do with washer "walking." He explained but I can't remember. It was a nice surprise to see the guy from Duncun. I had been referred to them by another company near me several years ago and they had been to my house 2 times before! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. A treat to deal with someone familiar.

Description of Work: The dryer drum stopped rotating. Steve replaced several parts and got the unit working again. While doing the repair he noticed that the vent leading off the dryer was full and needed to be cleaned. He put a call into someone he recommends for cleaning. As a result of Steve's call I received service the next morning.
