What a wonderful company! Jim the office manager is pleasant and helpful. Steve came Wednesday morning, to repair the problem I had reported. He discovered that the problem was much bigger, than I had diagnosed. Steve came back at 8 pm Wednesday, to repair my washer so my son could do all his laundry over Thanksgiving break, while he was home from college.

Tony arrived on time in early evening and repaired the problems quickly, explaining what he was doing as he did it. We have a small TV that is not working right and we've been unable to find anyone who can repair it. Tony called around that evening and again later, to try to find someone who could do the job, and he called me back and let me know he had not succeeded.

ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID, DID NOT HAVE PART ON TRUCK, THEY WENT AND GOT IT, FIXED THE PROBLEM - GOOD SERVICE, REASONABLE PRICE.

Duncan Appliance Service was quick to respond, did a great job, and were very neat and pleasant. Price was competitive. This was my third experience with this company and they just get better!

We have used their services several times. As always, the service is great. Steve was able to come out the day we called. He put in a temporary part while we waited for the permanent part to come in. This allowed us to use the refrigerator in the meantime. Steve is professional and honest; he does not encourage needless repairs.

They are so personable, so nice, very efficient and I wouldn't use anyone else.

They were outstanding. Steve Duncan came out and knew exactly what was wrong. He took it apart and put on a new belt. He did good job and the dryer works. I have had them work on it before.

Very helpful. Gave suggestions over the phone as to what might be wrong before coming out for a service call. We were able to fix the appliance with the suggestions and avoided a service call and saved money! They have helped us this way before.

As always Steve is great at his job. He is courteous tidy and quick.

Steve arrived ahead of schedule, and completed the work in 20 minutes, without any charge beyond the base trip rate. We received a reminder call the day before the appointment and one the afternoon of to update us of his schedule. Although the work could not be scheduled until three days after our call-in, his work was friendly, informative, clean, prompt and reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend them. They are reliable and nice.

Steve Duncan came out and he charged me $85 to come out(which I believe is a flat rate). Because it didn't take long to fix the dryer, he asked if there was any other appliance that I might have a problem with. I told him about my refrigerator and he then fixed it for me also which was very nice of him.

Steve did not charge the full service charge because he could only tell me it was unfixable!

Mr Duncan arrived during the stated time frame, he was very professional, he repaired the problem in a timely manner, and explained everything. I would definitely use him again.

Job 1: Owner was very pleasant and professional. Service charge seemed to fall in line with other companies in this category. Can't comment on the quality of work since they couldn't do any repairs. Job 2: Great folks to work with. Very honest, fast, and efficient. I had them out in February because my oven would not light, but when they came out the oven worked for them (of course). I paid the service fee in February and when they came out this time, they did not charge me the service fee again since it was for the same problem. I thought that was very nice since they were out over 3 months ago. I would use them again.

This guy REALLY understands appliances. He gave me the straight scoop on the washer and said it had to do the design and how it is used. Apparently front loaders are prone to this problem if you leave the door closed and wash weekly, not daily. Didn't sugar coat things or give me a "simple solution". On the dishwasher he explained that the spots and foam came from the Jet Dry stuff that was apparently reformulated a few years ago. He took the unit out and got rid of that stuff, and recommended a simple product I could buy at Marsh to get rid of the residue. Steve didn't do a lot of work to the systems, but just his knowledge about what was going on and how I could deal with it was worth every penny of the service call fee. Highly recommended for anyone with large appliance issues- if he does this well helping when no mechanical problems are evident, I feel pretty confident he would be awesome if something was actually broken!

Very good and efficient. Obviously, they're fair in price, and the quality of the work is absolutely worth the price. We still have our 35 yr old Maytag dryer, which they've kept going.

Have used this company for years. He was on time, worked quickly, even thoroughly vacuumed the condensers and surrounding vent area. He's always pleasant to be around and gives helpful maintenance tips.

I was having problems with the microwave. They ordered a part to try and fix it, but it turned out the microwave was unfixable. They charged me nothing. I love using this company because the service person is always willing to sit down and talk about your problem with you. He is very helpful with questions and concerns, and has lots of good advice and suggestions regarding appliances of all kinds. I have used him in the past and will continue to in the future.

Arrived on time. Arrived with all the right tools and parts. This is not my first time using Duncan - they are fantastic nice people who do honest work for honest prices.

He was on time and performed the task in a timely manner. We used this same company for a problem with our dryer in the past and were very satisfied with the service we received. We really appreciated the prompt service.

Good advice, without expense for now, as washer is working, and warranty is expired...probably will be worth it just to buy a new one, if this one stops working. But he will come out again, no charge to make sure of the problem when that happens...
