He is wonderful. He is pleasant to deal with and we have used him for years.

They have been coming to my house for a bout 10 years. Steve has always treated me well. He is very responsive and I would highly recommend him.

This was a minor repair. He came on time. He responds within 30 min and always does excellent job. I would use him in the future

I will call him again if it is broken. Owners do all the work. Know what they are talking about.

It's running better now then when I purchased it.

Job went well. Tony maintains a good interaction with the customer. During the first visit(A Monday), Tony noticed some of the enamel cracked off from the top surface. He suggested application of some touch up paint he had. A good fix he applied during the second visit. At the end of the first visit, Tony indicated that the needed part should come in by the end of the week and that I should get a call from the office to schedule the second visit. I felt that they probably forgot about me after the first visit to diagnose the problem. After a week and a half, I called in to inquire about the status. Then they certainly maintained contact and promptly fixed the stove top within two working days. I neglected to ask for an estimate to do the job and did not have any comparative prices with which the gage the final bill with. Because of this I rate the price as "Fair."

Steve is really great. Showed up exactly on time all 3 times he was at the house. Took a quick look at my disfunctional dishwasher and recommended I just clean it out or buy a new one - not worth repairing. Then found the problems with refrigerator and gave us fair estimate. Came back twice because one of the parts was difficult to obtain - no extra charge.

He called me back in 20 minutes, told me over the phone how to fix it myself. He said I could call him any time in the future, and he would come first thing in the morning. He was great!

It turned out to be a fiasco. This repair was over their heads, but the repair man tried to fix it anyway, making the problem worse. He also scratched some wood cabinetry very badly in removing one of the shelves. We were charged for a repair that made things worse, and they did not offer a refund.

Tony contacted me prior to coming out the next day to get more information. From that conversation, he was able to reduce what he should bring to the service call. Turned out he was right. Was able to get our refrigerator up and running. Very pleasant person to talk to. Would hire them in the future.

I use Duncan for all my appliance needs because they can schedule you usually very quickly, do an excellent job, show up when they say they will and are affordable!

My dryer was not drying properly and the lint screen was not collecting lint like normal. I thought my dryer was the culprit. After talking to a gentleman at Duncan, he recommended that I call a vent cleaning service (Safe-N-Clean). He did not feel that the problem was with my dryer, but the vent, and rather than charge me to come out and look at the dryer and find that it wasn't the dryer, he gave me the other company's number. And he was right! My vent was 100% blocked. He saved me the extra money I would have spent for a service call.

They were very up front with their pricing, they are very customer friendly.

Duncan gave great service. From the first phone call to them, to them arriving promptly in a few days, to being able to replace the faulty part on the spot, it was excellent service. Steve Duncan was very professional and competent. Couldn't have gone better, except for the fact that we didn't think our very expensive refrigerator should have needed this repair. Clearly, a component failed and had to be replaced. Would call them again anytime.

I can't really answer questions about the value of the work because once i found them I never called anyone else. I suspect their prices are comparable to others, but don't know for sure. They come fix my problem and are incredibly nice. What more could you want?

Very well. The repairman diagnosed the problem very quickly and ordered the part necessary for repair. He returned a couple of weeks later with the part and has the microwave working in less than 10 minutes.

Tony came to my home, inspected the dryer and ordered the required parts. He returned two days later and fixed the support problem. You can barely hear the dryer while operating.

Referred by a semi-retired 80 year old who had been working on GE appliances exclusively since 1957. (Bob Foster GE Repair - nice guy, but didn't want to work on my model, see Angie's List). Called on Friday pm, they scheduled for Tues pm. Good communication. Serviceman knew what issue was and what to do from my initial call. Called and gave me an option to do work early evening, which meant I didn't need to leave work early. All of their reports are great. They are now my official appliance repairman.

The price was reasonable and they did a good job. They were very prepared and knew what the problem was before they even got here. They were able to tackle the problem within minutes.

He was very courteous, efficient, and on-time. He provided the needed service and also evaluated another problem for me (disposal). He provided suggestions on replacement and offered assistance if I were to run into trouble.

After replacing the O ring, it still leaked, but they came back and fixed the issue at no additional charge. Have used 10-12 times and they always do a good job. Can always depend on them.

They were wonderful. They are accurate and on time. They know what they are doing.

Great with the repair issue- the bad news was that I had to get a new washer. I did get an honest helpful assessment vs. putting more money into a washer for repairs and then having to replace it soon after. I trust Steve Duncan and will call him again. He has come to my home before and I have followed his advice. Great team to work with. Jim is great on the phone and helped us to figure out what type of replacement washer to purchase.
