They were really honest with me.They also did some work on a dishwasher for a rental property or me.

Arrived on time and finished very quickly. Everything was explained to me and everything was fixed perfectly.

They were on Angie's List. I would refer them to others. I will give them an A across the board.

They fixed our dishwasher. They were very honest.

We have used them several times and have been very happy with them. They are just very responsive. They deal with all different brands and I think they are competitive price-wise. They come out to us for the repairs and do a good job. I will call them again when I need.

The sericeman, Tony, arrived on time. Asked questions relevant to our ovens then proceeded with his service. He was informative and gave us some tips on using a convection oven-especially on one of the models we have. Tony was pleasant, courteous, efficient and very professional. When I called for the service, the lady that took my call was also, very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

They came and worked on my range that I had previously and he explained to me some things. I felt like they were honest with me and did not just try to get money to have it fixed. They told me buying a new one was my best bet and recommended some top performing appliances.

Steve Duncan is the best. He is dependable and reliable. He gives a fair price and comes to your house at your convenience. He is the hardest worker I have seen.

Tony came out and diagnosed the issues with my ice maker. His expertise gave me confidence in his recommendations. He ordered the parts, installed and to date the ice maker is making ice as it should. He did not rush trrought the job, took his time to make sure everthing cycled correctly. Finding someone knowledgeable to work on "under cabinet" ice makers is hard to find. I will continue to use Duncan Appliance in the future for not only my ice maker, but any other appliance repair issue I have.

The pricing was, as always, very reasonable. They did a great job and we will definitely keep using them.

Tony replaced a part on the motor and the rubber gasket on my Maytag Neptune. He did a great job.

The technician came out promptly and replaced a circuit board in the washer. I've used this company other times in the past, and they're always on time, do a good job, and are very professional. I'm always happy with their work, and I'm sure I'll call them again in the future.

Called Duncan on the 23rd and explained that there was something wrong with our 10 year old side-by-side refrigerator. The temperature was 44.1 degrees in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments. They informed me that they were booked up continuously until the following Monday. We agreed to the January 30th appointment since we had a back up unit (an old 1974 Whirlpool); however, the until on the fritz started to smell and when I informed Duncan's office worker "Kathy" she said that she'd get someone to our house sometime on Wednesday.The Duncan employee arrived in the afternoon and within a short period of time had the problem identified and fixed.

Did a nice job of applying a "temporary" fix while parts were ordered. They identified the problem and were able to temporarily fix the system until replacement parts could be obtained from the manufacturer. Returned in a few days with parts and completed the repairs.

Our Kenmore washing machine was throwing error codes and stopping mid-cycle. Duncan Appliance was very responsive, extremely professional, and was effective at making the repair. We have had no issues since. Duncan Appliance will be my first choice for future needs!

I thought the amount they charged me was quite reasonable because I thought it was going to cost me more than it did. So I was really happy. They adjusted the burner and it works great. Now I need to have them come out and do the other burner. I don't recall the amount that I spent on their services but I thought it was reasonable. They're very pleasant. The guy was quite efficient and he knew what he was doing. I've used these people for years to repair my stove, it's been thirty years. I had an electric stove when I started out, and they had to come and replace coils on it over the years that I had it for. This time I had them come out and do an electric burner, and I've always been really pleased with them. They're really good. I've been pleased with them forever. They were pretty reasonable in terms of price. I can't complain. I haven't had to have any major oven re-do or anything like that. For the work that I've had done, I thought it was reasonable. My oven is working fabulous and it's good. The work is done and its right. It's held up through the holiday cooking because I did a lot. They showed up when they said they would and they were good with punctuality. Sometimes I have them call me half hour early before they can come. I don't remember if I had them do that. They were good and quite professional. They came in and they didn't leave me any mess. So that's even better. I will use their services again in the future.

Steve Duncan is a one man show. He has an assistant technician who works with him who is also excellent, but Steve is the best. He is in Carmel, IN and he is the one to go to. He is a good person and he is not somebody that you would be afraid to have in your home. We met him years ago when we had a dryer that needed some assistance. My husband ended up working for him as his office manager for maybe 15 years. My husband was more like a subcontractor. Steve is very popular in that area and his customers seem to stay with him for a really long time. My husband doesn't work for him now and he retired from that job maybe two and a half years ago. Steve is a good person. Tony is his assistant. Steve is on the lower end in the hourly price range. There are others in the area that definitely charge more than he does. If needed, we would definitely use his services in the future too.

Very good response from first phone call to completed work. Very satisfied with promptness to work done. I felt Toni did an honest job.

Both dishwashers now cleaning correctly

Tony and Duncan's Appliance Service are very good at what they do and service, and Kathy, thier scheduler is a doll to work with. They saved us from having to buy a new washer and dryer. Tony knew his machines very well. We now have a washer and dryer that are working very well and quietly! I had no idea that our dryer and washer could work so well, so quietly! I've mentioned Duncan's Appliance Repair to all of my friends and neighbors. We will call them first every time for any large appliance repair!. They are very good.

Mr Duncan was professional, honest and went above and beyond his duties. He was honest about the cost to fix the problem vs buying a new dishwasher. He discounted the rate for us and even answered some questions about another appliance and looked up part numbers for us for the appliance. We were very satisfied with our service.

Duncan Appliance did a fantastic job diagnosing our refrigerator problem and getting it fixed. He came out on a Saturday for no extra charge, quickly diagnosed the issue and had the refrigerator up and running in no time. If someone didn't answer the phone right away, the phone call was returned promptly. Steve always gave me a 20-30 minute call saying he was on his way so I could get home and be there when he arrived. I will use these guys every time I have an appliance issue! Thanks Steve!

I cleaned my dryer vent with a vent brush, which pushed the lint down into where it shouldn't be. Duncan came out and cleaned it out for me, so it would not overheat in the future. They also serviced the dryer while they were out.
