He was easy to reach, responded quickly, scheduled in the first talk, came on time, and was gone in three hours.

We have used John in the past for gutter cleaning and were very pleased. We called him to clean the windows in our home prior to putting it on the market. John returned the call very quickly and was able to schedule us within two weeks. He was very accommodating to our needs and actually moved another customer back a few days to get our work done. The experience was a very good one all around. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. The windows look fantastic and we will definitely call John to clean the windows in our new home before we move in and after the renovation is complete. I know he will bring life back to that house as well.

Reasonably priced, very polite, used by other neighbors, as well.

John was quick to provide a bid and then subsequently schedule the work. He and his crew did an excellent job - I should have had my windows washed by John a long time ago. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone needing their windows cleaned. His price was very competitive with previous window cleaning services I have used.

Mr. Dudash responded promptly to my request for an estimate, and then was able to do the work just a few days later. I hadn't realized that a gutter-cleaner I had used previously hadn't gotten under the screens, so while I'd been looking for a quick mid-year clean-up, I received a much more thorough job. They were early, which was great, and very polite/professional. They did a great job cleaning up the blown-off debris (and not hurting plants etc.). The windows also looked great. It was a pleasure, and I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Dudash was extremely prompt in providing an estimate. His crew showed up on time, and worked quickly. Some minor gripes. Gutter debris was left about the yard. Also, the pipes (from gutter, under ground, and opening to drainage areas about the yard) were not entirely cleared of debris. I don't know if I should have specified this in the work order, or if this would have changed the price quote. As far as I was concerned, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise aggressively priced and quickly performed service.

Performed work in a timely fashion and with quality. I would use them again.

They were courteous and kind and they treat you very fair. I would recommend them.

Price was competitive. Arrived an hour late, but did call to let us know they were running a bit behind. Professional and friendly crew. Did a great job on the windows: some had paint overspray on them and they got all of that off. Worked hard to clean the gutters. Cleaned up after themselves, but did leave a bit of a mess on the back patio (dirt from the gutters), but I only needed to hose it off so no issue. Would use again.

The price was good, he was a little late in coming, though overall I was very happy with the work.

He is good about waiting until all of the leaves have fallen to optimize our cost of gutter cleaning. I use him every year. I like him, he's personable, thorough and friendly.

They threw dirty wet leaves out of gutter, but all over windows. Made a big mess and created new costs to owner.
