Because of rain, John was delayed a day but he came promptly, cleaned all my gutters, some of which were very high, and checked for any damage. Because I've had some trees removed there were not as many leaves, etc., in the gutters and he charged me less than he had before. Great job. Love this company.

I needed my windows cleaned and I called DUDASH to come out. I have a large 2-story home with 12 single pane windows which can not be taken out. They cleaned every window completely. It was extensive but they did it very well.

They came out again and cleaned my gutters. Their prices are very fair. I have used them twice before and now I am using them again. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had called last fall for gutter cleaning, but the weather got bad really quickly and I got lost in cracks. When I called this spring to reiterate my request and add the window washing, he came at my convenience. He arrived a little later than expected, but called. He then worked until after 9:30pm to finish. Wow.

It was very nice. They came and did the work during the day. The windows are beautiful and the gutters flow freely.

I called Angie's List to get referrals for gutter and window cleaning. As a result of Angie's recommendations, I called Dudash and another company to request quotes. Dudash returned my call first. I told him I wanted the upper gutters cleaned on a house I own. He told me he had been by the house (because I gave him the address in my phone message) and estimated it would cost $135 to clean the upper gutters. I told him to move forward with the work. I believe he left a message the following day telling me he had completed the work. However, I learned that he left moldy, smelly gutter debris all over two lower roofs and the ground of the house. When I called to inquire about this, he told me that I only asked him to clean the upper gutters and said "didn't you realize that cleaning the upper gutters would create a mess on the lower roofs and plug up those gutters?" I was insulted and shocked by this response and told him that I expected him, as with every other repair person, to do the work I requested and leave the house as clean as he found it. I also told him I don't clean gutters and had no way of knowing that this would create a mess on the lower roofs - for all I know, he has a trash bag with him and puts the gutter debris he cleans from the gutters in a trash bag to prevent it from messing up the ground and rest of the house. He continued to be rude and act as though I was an idiot. He finally said he would go back and clean it up, as well as the lower gutters he plugged, for an additional $40. After arguing with him that it should not cost me anything, I finally agreed because the house was going through an inspection for sale and he had my hands tied. I find his business practices unthinkable and told him so. I also plan to complain the Better Business Bureau about him and could not be more disappointed in this recommendation from Angie's List - though it is the first bad recommendation I have received.

We had been exchanging voice mails and when you got a hold of him he was hear 10 minutes later. He was a nice guy. I would use him again. The price was in line with my expectations.

HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB. HE COMES OUT EVERY YEAR. HE IS ON TIME, HE IS FRIENDLY, HE EXPLAINS WHAT HE DOES AND BREAKS DOWN THE PRICES SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. HE DOES QUALITY WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY.

With all of the storms recently, our gutters were overflowing regularly. Mr. Dudash was able to fit us in on the same day as we called.

I called John Dudash on a Tuesday morning (during a busy time of year and just after some very bad storms) and he came out Tuesday evening of the same day to provide an estimate. He ended up performing the work on the spot, working until nearly 9:00 pm at night. The entire roof was cleaned with a blower and all gutters were cleaned. Clean up of the debris, including blowing the driveway and patio, was excellent. Nearly four bags of leaves and gutter junk were bagged for trash pick up. John cleaned gutters at our old house as well and we will definitely use him again. Overall, responsive, great work, at a reasonable price, and a nice guy as well.

We called John Dudash on Monday, June 2nd to get an estimate for cleaning our windows. We have a two story, 80 year old home with double hung windows throughout. His estimate was quite fair, especially since we had to have the work completed within six days and the forecast was calling for rain three of the six days. The job was subbed out to another company and they showed up on a hot, steamy Sunday afternoon to do the work. While we were moderately nervous until that Sunday afternoon, the end result was very positive. A+++

John did his usual excellent job. We are very pleased with his work.
