My husband and I couldn't be happier with the shades we got from Drapery Street! They made such a big impact on the look and feel of our home and provide the privacy we need at night. They function like a dream and I will never go back to corded blinds! The team at Drapery Street worked with us to make sure the end result was one we loved. Would highly recommend!

The entire process of working with Drapery Street was great. We visited their showroom to help narrow down our options. They have full size working demos which is nice for understanding the different operating systems. We ended up with awesome Hunter Douglas shades.

Drapery Street Asked for me to make an appointment and come into their show room so that I could look over the various products that they offered for window coverings. When I arrive no one greeted me and I finally had to interrupt another designer who was already with clients to get their attention that I was there for my appointment. The representative from Drapery Street was professional and helpful. At the end of the consultation, I was asked to measure all my windows and email the measurements for an initial quote. I was surprised that I had to do this. The quote was promised in a few days but it never came. Finally I recurved an unitemized quote 5 days after the promised time for $9000 for 14 windows. I asked if the quote could be itemized by Window so that I could better understand the costs per treatment in order to make an educated decision the types of blinds and where I could switch treatment types to minimize costs. I was told, “We do not price by line item. We price by the project due to our service level. “. I was disappointed with that response and so I got other quotes from other window treatment vendors. I was able to get the same or like brands treatments for $4220 less than the Drapery Street quote. All I can say is that Drapery Street must serve customers who do not care about price and have the money to pay without questioning the cost. In summary, I believe Drapery Street is overpriced and does not provide a high level of service to make me do the initial measurements.

It went well overall. They have a designer who will come to your home and look at things for you. They get a lot of fabric selection. They have a good selection. They have knowledgeable staff. They have good craftsmanship. Their quality is good but they are expensive. They do the work on time. I would use them in the future.

Great - we selected the design at their retail store. Their designers were a big help in guiding us on selecting fabrics that would go with our existing paint and furniture. They have hundreds of ideas on display at their store - it is sooooo helpful in trying to make a decision. The even let us bring a sample panel home to see how we liked the look. Their installer was very professional and cleaned-up after the installation.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They made the process very easy.

I needed something to keep light out of the kitchen. I went in and chose the fabric. They make the shade there. When it was done they came and installed it.

Overall they were great to work with and the quality is superb!

The overall experience was an A+ experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.
