+ 0 moreThe project went very well. I had fabric and a library book with styles in which I was interested. I found Theresa on Angie's List, contacted her, and we scheduled an appointment. She measured the windows and consulted with me on the styles. She continued to work with me until I selected one that would work with the fabric which I had already purchased and with which I would be happy. She provided her estimate and we accepted it. She did a very good job and is thorough, conscientious, and a professional seamstress. We are happy with our window treatments. I recommend her and would work with her again.
Description of Work: Theresa made window treatments for our great room that included one double window (swags and cascades) and a French door (valance). She also lined the fabric, mounted them on boards, and hung them for us. She also made two matching pillows for the sofa which sits under the window and coordinates nicely. (NOTE: The fabric was already purchased, and it is not included in the service price.)

+ -1 moreI called Theresa and left a message. She promptly returned my call and we made arrangements for her to come and look at the project. She was arrived on time, took measurements, discussed design and quoted me a cost. I hired her on the spot. I already had the fabric, so she took the fabric home and a few days later called to say that the fabric store had not calculated the amount of fabric correctly given the repeat in the fabric design. It seems I was short about 1 yard. We discussed alterations that could be made to the design to accommodate this and decided on a course of action that would suit my "vision", and take into account Theresa's recommendations given the fact we were short fabric. Theresa came this morning and hung my new curtains - with the header still in the design. They look beautiful! The finishing is very professional and I am delighted!
