First of all, when we began the house hunt, we wanted to rent a home before buying. The market was tight, so there was no rental inventory availabe that suited our needs. I took to emailing listing agents who had homes for sale to inquire about renting those properties. Densie is the only agent who bothered to reply to me with questions about our planned move. Because of this, when we finally decided to purchase a home instead of rent, we chose Denise to represent us. Denise really listens to us, and responds accordingly. She makes herself available at all hours, and is vey professional.

Denise is the junior member of the Cassel Team with Debra Cassel, both realtors. They are great. Denise was available 24/7 to help us. She knows Carmel well and helped us zero in on the neighborhoods with the amenities we wanted. She kept a close watch on the listings and called us when she saw the perfect house coming on the market. We saw it the next day and made an offer. The sellers were unreasonably difficult and Denise bent over backwards helping us to negotiate with them. She really spent a lot of time with us. She definitely cares about her clients. She is honest and hard working.
