It went really well. Dave and Kendra helped us every step of the way. They explained the process to us so we would understand and were always available to answer the phone or email.

Dave and Kendra were extremely accessible any time we had a question or simply wanted an update. They showed us every house we asked to see, which was several, within days of our request to see the homes. The home we ended up buying - our dream home! - wasn't even on our list; Kendra saw it in the area we were considering and suggested we take a look. Both Dave and Kendra helped us look past the decor of the house and see what it could be for us; we would not have looked at it through this lens had it not been for them. Once we chose our home, they helped us every step of the way, even connecting us with a lender that we loved working with and an insurance guy. I can not speak more highly of this team! I will certainly recommend them to anyone I hear is looking for a home! Their professionalism, accessibility, and knowledge made the experience an exciting one!

There is no way to thank Dave (Davey) Hoyt for being so incredible at what he does. Him and Kendra (his wife) are an incredible team. They took their time and walked us through the entire process. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and we had no idea what we were doing. They gave us the right amount of space and attention. I don't know how they did it, but Davey and Kendra were always in high spirit. Even when we were difficult on some of the items on our wish list, they were excited to help us find what we wanted.
