Description of Work: Dave was very nice, however, if I wanted him to clean the inside and outside of all 26 panes of glass then the storm windows had to be removed. In the fine print, it says that storm windows are not included. Therefore, I knew that he would not clean those however, it did not state that in order to get the front and back of my regular window panes cleaned as stated in "The Big Deal" then those would need to be removed. This in not easy to do. I cannot get them out. He said he would be willing to do it for me but there would be an additional cost of $10 per window so that would be multiplied by 13 windows which would be an additional $130.

We asked him if he could meet a graduation deadline in his schedule and he called back to confirm that it would not be a problem. We set up a date, he showed up on time and completed the job to my total satisfaction! He did a great job! I would highly recommend him.
