DAVE'S WINDOW CLEANING

My home had more panes & so paid the extra charge for an additional 14 window panes ($70).

What an amazing experience! I had no idea that my windows could look so good. Dave was very efficient, quick, and clean. I'm adding him to my list of regular service providers.

Played telephone tag for about a week, however he did apologize when we finally spoke. Well worth the wait!

This is the second time I have used this company. I was very pleased both times with the quality of the work.

It's amazing when someone comes in to clean your windows, just that they get it done and they get it done nicely. Everything was clean. The kids had left some stuff on the windows and he actually worked really hard to get it off. Quick in, quick out. Of course he got those really high places outside you can't ever get to. I wish he could do it monthly because it was so nice. I would probably use him again.

It went great. They were very thorough and fast.

I saw Dave's ad for one of Angie's deals on line. My husband has always taken care of washing our windows, but we decided to call Dave. He was very easy to talk to over the phone, and we set an appointment time. The day of the appointment he was very prompt, even early. Very personable. He explained what the deal would cover, and then told us what the difference was to have the rest of the windows washed. He was so neat and clean in his work. He answered any questions we had, and we were thrilled with his work. We will be giving his name to our neighbors, and telling anyone in need of window cleaning that Dave is your man!!

I've owned my 1921 house in Meridian Kessler for 14 years. It came with filthy windows and I never had them all cleaned at once inside and out until last year after I had pretty much renovated the interior. I hired Super Service pro William McQuade to do the heavy thorough work last year. He unscrewed and removed every last storm and brilliantly cleaned my windows and screens to pure sparkle last year. His work was worth every penny of the $700 I paid him to do 37 windows plus four walls (9 sets) of french windows in my sun room. William's work was superb. I left a report for him last year that pretty much nominated him for a Nobel Peace Prize because I was so ecstatic. Honestly, after having perfectly clean windows for the first time I was high on the experience for weeks. This year my windows were still basically very clean. I was planning to hire William McQuade again this spring, until I got a Big Deal email blast for $94 for Dave to clean 26 panes. I know the Big Deal guys are hungry for work and reports, so I bought it. I like to help the new guys out with work too. After all, Angie's List membership is growing so fast, that there is loads of work for everyone. I didn't need heavy work this year and I thought I should give Dave a try. Let me say Dave is a true Gem out there in Angie-ville! From the first time I talked with him by phone to schedule my appointment, he was full on customer service! He actually loves his work and loves pleasing people. I told him I was hosting a fundraiser for a Marion County judge candidate (Paul Ogden) next week and need my windows done before the party. He made a point to fit me in his tight schedule a week before the fundraiser, so I was not stressed with his project at deadline. I left my downtown office at lunch to meet Dave at my house at 1pm today. He was waiting in his truck for me when I pulled up at 12:55 pm. The moment I met him, he made me feel relaxed and confident about hiring him. I think I actually felt my blood pressure lower upon meeting him. (I have a demanding sales job and it is both month end and quarter end). Anyway, I took him to the porch on the back of my house and showed him the windows I wanted cleaned and showed him a storm from an upstairs window that blew off in the wind. He said he would fix it for me as part of the Big Deal I bought. I really felt he just threw it in because he felt sorry for me because I'm a single woman with one of those old homes I try to keep well-maintained. He even complimented my home and how well maintained it is. That made me feel so good because three years ago I had a complete exterior renovation done on the stucco. I asked him how much extra just to clean the outside of just the exterior of the other windows in the house. A few minutes later, he came back and said he would do it $100. I prepaid him the $100 in cash and dashed back to work without a single worry Dave would not live up to his word. He also offered to remove some birds nests in the soffits by the downspouts that showed up again this spring. You might think this is mean of me to want birds' nests removed, but I am very afraid of birds and I think the nests are pigeons and their droppings make a mess. I cannot tell you have relieved I am to have them removed without having to call a pest control company to do it. He saved me a minimum of $100 by doing that extra chore while he had his ladder here. He totally VOLUNTEERED this for me when he saw them. I am beyond grateful. HOLY COW! When I got home, I discovered he even cleaned my back porch skylights which was something extra. He left no mess anywhere. I am beyond thrilled and got way more than my money's worth. Therefore, I am writing this involved report for him the same day of service. As an aside, Dave started in the window business as one of those guys hanging on sides of downtown "sky scrapers". The company he worked for were opportunistic to their residential customers and he told me if the client had expensive jewelry on, they would up the price a few hundred, as if their customers who owned gold, owed a luxury tax to the window cleaners. That company is out of business today, Dave launched his own business, and I predict Dave is going to become a Super Star on Angie's List because he is stress free, honest, competent, and hardworking. I watched him clean a few windows swiftly and perfectly in a fraction of the time it would take me. It is worth it to pay for skill like that. I can't wait for you to try him too. Everyone deserves perfect sparkling windows!

I believe that this is a very economical and easy way for getting windows clean. I needed no ladder, no energy spent, I can see outside a lot better. I will not wait so long to have them done again.

from the time that I paid my charge bill i was not aware that I was to pay more. I live in a small Condo and had understood that the initial $89 was the total charge. I still might have him again, but not on your deals

I had to re-schedule cleaning my windows several times as it was raining when I had scheduled the cleaning. Dave was very understanding each time that we had to re-schedule.

Dave is very professional. He does an amazing job. My windows are impeccable clean.

Dave did a wonderful, thorough job, including some stuck-on bird debris! which he removed with a razor blade. He was fast and efficient, but also detailed. I would hire him again in a flash, especially with the great Big Deal price.

Perfection! Used the Big Deal coupon and Dave gave us a price to complete the remaining windows that exceeded the coupon limit. It was all very reasonable and completed in 2 hours. It would have taken me several weekends to complete this project with my very busy work and elder care schedule. Scheduling was a breeze. Dave didn't flinch about the drive to the southeast side of Indianapolis, which seems to be a problem for other providers. Dave was also knowledgeable about how to clean our windows that have professional window tint/film on them. Highly recommend!
