Danielle Maynard

Danielle did a wonderful job. She was very knowledgeable about the process and definitley helped in making us feel comfortable. Buying a house, especially your first, is very overwhelming. She answered all of our questions (in lamens terms) in a very puntual manner and was always avaliable when anything came up. I think the biggest characteristic that you look for in a person is authenticity and she is second to none. Whenever, (if ever) we are in the market to sell/buy another home, we hope to be able to work with her again!

Working with Danielle was such a great experience. She is highly organized, super knowledgeable, a great communicator and extremely positive. Additionally, she is honest and realistic with her clients. She made the entire process fun and explained every step in detail. Her "next steps" emails were always so helpful. We are so lucky Danielle guided us through the process and couldn't be happier in our new home. While we plan to stay in this home for awhile, we hope to work with Danielle again soon and always encourage others to meet with her.

Danielle has been such a pleasure to work with in selling our condo and purchasing or first home. She's an extremely proactive and informative realtor, which helped make what could be a stressful decision making process enjoyable. We are so excited for our first home and couldn't have done it without Danielle!
