stamped concrete
+ -1 moreNo service was performed. CTI of Indiana was supposed to come out to give a quote for staining my basement concrete floor. They were originally supposed to come out Monday at 6PM, but called and left a voicemail Monday afternoon at 1:30PM to re-schedule for Tuesday or Wednesday. I called back and left a voicemail Monday afternoon to ask to re-schedule for the same time on Tuesday. I never heard back so called them again at 11:30AM on Tuesday to confirm a 6PM appointment. I had to leave a voicemail, and they got back at 12:15PM on Tuesday and said they couldn't come out at that time. It was agreed they would come out for an estimate Thursday at 8AM. I took time off from work to accomodate being there in the morning for the estimate, and they did not show up. This was a very poor customer experience, and I will definitely not consider them in the future for any concrete services.
