CRG Residential LLC

I am the Operations Director for a local non-profit that supports low income elderly and disabled people in the Indianapolis area. We recently partnered with CRG. CRG re-built a dangerously, dilapidated garage for an elderly mother who cares for her disabled daughter. They did an excellent, professional job and were great to work with. We are very thankful to have community minded companies like CRG. I would highly recommend them.

It didnt go well. Very hard to communicate with office, management, and accounting.

They were very reasonable and professional. It was very hot and they were hard at work the entire time and there were usually two supervisors on hand. They did not keep me waiting for my estimate estimate and they worked through the weekend to finish my roof. I’ve had a lot of compliments since they did the work. I would highly recommend them.

The quote was adequate. Their prices were higher. We did not have them do the work.

The CRG representative went to my house to check out the roof and get a sample shingle. He called me at work to apologize for not being able to exactly match the 17-year-old weathered shingles. :) All the work was done on the same day I called. The area was cleaned up; no debris left behind. He left a small stack of extra shingles on the garage apron. He did such a good job matching the color; it is very hard to tell where the new shingles are, even in bright sunlight. It has rained several times since the work was done, and the new shingles are intact and there are no leaks.
