+ -1 moreWE HAD A BIT OF MISCOMMUNICATION - I HAD THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE JOB DIFFERENT THAN STEVE. TO HIS CREDIT, HE CHANGED HIS SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE ME AND WAS ABLE TO GET OUT THE DAY I WAS WAITING FOR HIM. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED THOROUGHLY AND QUICKLY. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD, PRESUMABLY DUE TO LOWER OVERHEAD THAN SOME BIGGER OUTFITS.
Description of Work: COOLWAY CLEANED AND INSPECTED MY FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. THEY ALSO REPLACED A FAULTY GFI OUTLET IN THE HOUSE.

+ -1 moreI WAS PUT IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY THROUGH MY HOME WARRANTY. GREAT EXPERIENCE. HIS MEN WERE VERY POLITE AND PROMPT. THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE. THEY KEPT THE WORK AREA CLEAN AND WERE ABLE TO TAKE TIME AND EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WHAT TO DO IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A DISTINCT LACK OF HOT WATER THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THE MEN CAME OUT AND CHANGED THE THERMAL CONDUCTOR AND THERMOSTAT ON THE WATER HEATER.

+ -1 moreTHE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP IS GOOD, BUT THE CONTRACTOR REQUIRES CONSTANT CONTACT TO OBTAIN A TENUOUS COMMITMENT TO PERFORM THE WORK. IT IS A LITANY OF BROKEN PROMISES ABOUT WHEN THE CONTRACTOR WILL ARRIVE TO DO THE WORK AND THEN WHEN HE ARRIVES HE DOES NOT WORK EFFICIENTLY I.E. ALWAYS NEEDS PARTS, DOESN'T SEEM TO PLAN WORK WELL, ELAPSED TIME TO DO WORK IS VERY LONG THOUGH IT IS BILLED EQUITABLY. THE CONTRACTOR IS TOO HIGH MAINTENANCE TO CONTINUE TO USE.
Description of Work: ENCASING ROMEX, INSTALLATION OF GAS LINE PIPING FOR DRYER AND BBQ, MINOR ELECTRICAL WORK, MISCELLANEOUS DUCT WORK REPLACEMENT OR RELOCATION IN FURNACE ROOM, MINOR REPAIRS.
