During the process we help you sell, donate or disperse unwanted household items whether through an estate sale, estate liquidator or auction house. We provide custom floor planning so we know what will fit a the new destination and pack and unpack at the new location. Individuals can hire our services just for organizing or de-cluttering to prepare the home for sale. While we de-clutter we use your existing furnishings for home staging so your house is ready for active real estate showings. We can also act as your personal concierge or project manager for home renovations or personal projects. Since so many of us have large photo albums and containers of family photos, we provide a reasonable digitizing service of placing your photos, slides, VHS tapes and 8 mm film on DVD to keep those memories for life.
