Clover Cleaning Service

We were given this cleaning as a gift from friends. Company texted to set up an appt. I texted back asking if there was any information needed (i.e., size of house, location, wood floors, etc. - things I've generally given to a cleaning service in the past when scheduling ) I was told no - just the address. . They were on time for appt - walked in - took a tour of the house and we were told it was too big and too dirty to clean. Huh?? Yes - the house needs cleaning. Which is why a CLEANING company was called. I would understand if the reason was they hadn't allotted enough time to clean - but if that were an issue - those questions should have been asked prior to setting the appt. The cleaning crew left. Then after called by the person giving us the gift, they came back. First said they'd clean the kitchen / bathrooms. Then just the downstairs and they'd schedule to come back for upstairs. Cleaning was ok - not what I would expect from professionals. Still waiting for them to come back. Prior services I've used have taken a crew of 2-3 approx 3-4 hours to clean whole house (5 bed / 2.5 bath). Have had this done several times and have never had the experience of my home being "too dirty". I wrote our experience to the company and they did text an apology. The car they arrived in left several oil stains on drive way. Since they left and returned - parking on either side of the drive - the stains are on both sides.

Clover Cleaning was hired to do 2 cleanings a week in our office. The first cleaning was great. After that, floors weren't swept or mopped, dusting wasn't being done, and the office didn't feel clean. After a couple requests to fix it or watch the next time, Daniel Kim, the owner, told me they did their best and quit. I would not use again or recommend.
