+ -1 moreIf their actual work punctuality is as bad as trying to get an estimate, then I wouldn't recommend them.
Description of Work: We had them out for an estimate for a door from our master bath to the deck. It's now 16 days later and I still haven't received an estimate. This isn't a very involved project and shouldn't take so long to write up an estimate.
