CLEARVIEW PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANING

This company talks about how professional and great they are on their website and in their voicemail. Well, after leaving 2 messages requesting a quote, I received a "text" informing me that he will leave a quote the next day. The next day came .. I was home all day and no quote and not even the courtesy of a phonecall yet I saw him at the post office later that day. Apparently, he knows how to talk a good game but is not capable of following through. If he cant even have the professional courtesy to call or to provide a quote, I can only imagine the lack of quality of the services he offers. I would NOT recommend this company. I hired his competitor and glad I did.

Rick is a very good communicator. He makes sure that the customer knows when he will arrive. Good job done.

Arrived on time and did a great job. Windows hadn't been cleaned in 4 years and he made them sparkle. Price was very fair and we will have him again.

I was watching him clean the interior windows and realized how easy the work is. When he cleaned the outside, he advised some hardwater residue may not go away for example, from sprinkler heads.. I noted some of the windows that had residue that were not on the ground level and would not be caused by sprinklers and he explained there is nothing he can do. It looks like he sprayed it and did not fully wipe it down. When he left for lunch, another serviceman at my home noticed an oil leak coming from his van. The serviceman then cleaned the oil to make sure it would not stain. When Rick came back, he pulled up in the driveway and I told him of the leak. He apologized but did not move his van. The price was higher and the service was disappointing.

They come here twice a year, half through years. It is just one guy, Rick McKinney. He comes and cleans the windows and gutters. I spent $150 for gutters and $400 to $600 for the windows. He does his own work. He is honest, pleasant, professional, and does a great job. He does great work and he is reliable. He is probably on the high side in terms of price. I will use him in the future.

Went very well. Work was done quickly and well - surprisingly quickly for 26 windows! I just wish I had been reminded to re-latch screens after they had finished as it was a very windy day and I had to chase a couple of screens down and re-install them.

They were punctual and stuck to their estimate. Did an excellent job and were very non-invasive.

I HAVE USED RICK WITH CLEARVIEW FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. HE HAS CONTINUED TO BE PROMPT, METICULOUSLY THOROUGH AND CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL YET VERY PERSONABLE. I TRUST HIM 100% AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM. I HAVE ALSO USED HIM TO CLEAN MY BLINDS AND HE IS JUST AS EXCELLENT.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, TIMELY, COURTEOUS. A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

RICK HAS BEEN CLEANING MY WINDOWS FOR AT LEAST 8 YEARS. HE IS VERY POLITE AND DOES A GREAT JOB. IF HE IS GOING TO BE LATER THAN EXPECTED HE IS ALWAYS GOOD TO CALL.

HE CANCELED AT THE LAST MINUTE AND THEN SHOWED UP AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE. HE WAS ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME HE WAS WORKING AND HIS PRICE INCREASED WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION.

MORE THAN THE PRICE, I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE CARE HE TAKES AROUND MY LANDSCAPING AND HIS ATTENTION. HE IS ON TIME AND RESPONSIVE TOO.

HE HAD TO POSTPONE THE WORK FOR A DAY, BUT CALLED TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS OKAY WITH US. I NEVER SAW HIM AS I WAS AT WORK MYSELF, BUT THE RESULTS WERE EVIDENT. GOOD JOB.
